MISSION Build for the future Benders’ mission is the corporation’s overarching aim and shall serve as a “why we come to work” motivational factor.
CORE VALUES Commitment, Sustainability and Security Benders’ core values concretise the corporation’s distinguishing characteristics. They illustrate: what we stand for; what we are associated with; and, the values we hold dear.
CODE OF CONDUCT Benders’ code of conduct summarises what we stand for and what we expect of our employees. It provides guidance on conduct and actions. It shall help us take the right decisions in our daily work.
