NEW: KNEE AND HIP ARTHRITIS CLASS
We’re excited to introduce our Knee and hip Arthritis Strengthening Class, held every Thursday at 11:15am at our clinic Led by Rehabilitation Specialist Ben, who has extensive experience working with joint conditions, this class is specifically designed to support individuals managing knee and hip arthritis The program focuses on improving lower limb strength, mobility, and joint stability to help reduce pain, enhance everyday function, and improve overall quality of life. Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed or have been managing arthritis for years, Ben will guide you through a gentle, structured routine tailored to your needs and abilities. This class is ideal for anyone looking to stay active, move with more confidence, and take control of their joint health in a supportive and encouraging environment. .Spaces are limited, so be sure to book your spot!

STAFF SPOTLIGHT
ANTHONY LYONS-MARTIN
Since graduating in 2009 with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science Anthony has spent the past 12 years working as a specialist Pilates instructor and 1:1 trainer in both commercial gyms and the rehabilitation environment Anthony is a fully qualified pilates instructor including antenatal and post natal care
Since joining Cheshire Physioactive Anthony has successfully grown the service to provide bespoke Pilates and specialist rehabilitation to our client base. He can successfully deliver individually tailored session in a small group setting to meet the specific needs of each patient
When not at work Anthony enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter, and works on his own personal fitness
