Our focus remains on delivering exceptional care, tailored to your needs, as we expand and innovate. We are excited to announce the addition of Kirsten Flynn Yoga to our studio Due to the fantastic demand for these sessions, we will be expanding our schedule to offer more opportunities for you to join. We will also be offering longer pilates workshops aimed at improving wellness, and also sessions around womens health and the menopause. COMPLETION OF MND STUDY

We are thrilled to share that we have successfully completed our pilot study on Motor Neurone Disease in collaboration with the University of Manchester, utilizing our Alter G anti-gravity treadmill This study explored the potential benefits of using the Alter G for individuals with Motor Neurone Disease With the study now complete, we are eagerly working on analyzing the results and hope to publish our findings soon

VALD FORCE PLATES AND DYNAMOMETER

We’re excited to introduce our new Vald Forceplate and Isometric testing technology! These advanced tools allow us to track injuries, monitor progress, support safe return-to-sport decisions, and provide performance analysis. We’re also now offering a mobile testing service for teams

DANNI MACREADY

Danni, a First Class BSc Sport Rehabilitation graduate from the University of Salford, brings extensive experience from elite rugby and MLB baseball in Florida Currently a Team Leader in an MSK department, she also specializes in sports massage and rehab at Cheshire Physioactive

A former international gymnast and regional netball player, Danni still enjoys netball, hiking, and dog training outside of work
