What do I do when I get off the plane in Honolulu?? As soon as you arrive to HNL Airport…
MEET US AT BAGGAGE CLAIM H 1. Claim your bags. 2. Proceed to Baggage Claim H. This is located on the ground floor, so you might have to go downstairs. If you are arriving on Delta, Alaska Airlines, Northwest, Hawaiian, US Airways, Continental, or American Airlines, claim your bags first and then meet us at Baggage Claim H. If you need assistance finding Baggage Claim H, ask an airline representative to help you. If you are arriving on United Airlines, you will already be in Terminal H, so proceed to the baggage claim area. 3. Belo staff will be waiting for you at Baggage Claim H, located in the United Airlines Terminal. They will be holding signs and wearing Belo USA shirts so that you can find them. 4. DO NOT LEAVE THE AIRPORT ALONE! 5. If there are any emergencies, please call our emergency line: 1-866-917-4382.

If your ight is delayed/cancelled or if you miss your ight…DON'T WORRY, WE WILL HELP! 1. If your flight is delayed, don't worry! Belo Staff will be checking the status of your flight periodically. When you do arrive, please proceed to the Baggage Claim H, where Belo Staff will be waiting for you. 2. In the event that your flight is cancelled or if you missed your original flight, please call your Trip Coordinator at the emergency number (1-866-917-4382) and inform us regarding your rescheduled flight.
If your bags get lost…DO NOT LEAVE THE AIRPORT UNTIL YOU: 1. Inform your airline's baggage service office about your lost luggage and complete all the paperwork. 2. Be sure to tell the airline that you are part of a Belo USA Travel tour group, and provide the name and address of the hotel where the group will be staying (Queen Kapiolani Hotel). 3. Finally, inform a Belo staff member that your bags are missing when you arrive at Baggage Claim H. 4. Don't forget to take your baggage receipt.
