Partial Wedding Planning Investment of $4,500
Our partial wedding planning service with wedding day coordination is one-of-a-kind in every way. You will have planning support and a go-to "BFF" at your fingertips up to a year before your wedding day with the help of our staff. This is our most popular package, and it is designed for the couple that has done a lot of the work themselves but needs assistance pulling it all together. You've secured the majority of the vendors, but managing all of the logistics and details that each vendor demands is proving to be more challenging than you anticipated. This is when we come in to assist and take the lead from that moment on. We take all of the vendors you've hired and make certain that all of the last details are handled and accounted for from the minute you hire us. Prior to booking this package, the ceremony and reception locations should be selected.
*** To retain our service 50% of total investment is due at the time of agreement signing. Remaining balance can be paid in 2 equal installments, or as a lum sum, 7 days prior to the wedding day.

THIS OFFERING ALLOWS THE COUPLE A HANDS-ON ROLE IN THEIR PLANNING WITH OUR PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE TO GUIDE THEM. •
Professional two Wedding Coordinators for the day-of the event - up to 12 hours of coordination on the wedding day.

Unlimited wedding guidance and advice
•
Four video meetings (up to 2 hours per meeting)
•
Approximately 100 hours of dedication by your Wedding Coordinator in preparation for your wedding
•
Floor plan consultation and design for both ceremony and reception venue
•
Identify & recommend vendors who best fit your style and budget
•
Review and make recommendations for vendor contracts
•
Attend meetings with the following vendors: event rentals, florist, and stationery design (if necessary)
•
Assist with food and beverage selection & attend food and cake tastings (if necessary)
•
Final site visit & vendor walk-through (up to 1 hour at the site)
•
Ceremony rehearsal walk-through with the bridal party (up to 2 hours in length)
•
Extensive wedding day timeline creation
•
Distribute wedding day itinerary and location directions to vendors

Confirm musical selection with ceremony musicians
•
Coordinate grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, etc. with reception entertainment/MC

Disburse final payments and gratuity to vendors (if necessary)

Family, vendor and guest coordination on the day-of, including addressing all concerns and questions

Wedding Day Coordination Investment of $3,250
Many couples like going through the wedding planning process on their own, but they want to ensure that their event has the perfect execution that comes with professional coordination. You will get coordinated support from our staff throughout the whole planning period to help and guide you through the process. The months leading up to your wedding are when everything comes together, but it may also be the most stressful. We combine your vision and hard work with our expertise to provide a memorable and stress-free event for you and your guests. We become the liaison between you and all of your vendors, managing all of those last-minute lists and "to-dos," enabling you to concentrate on what is most important: enjoying your big day!

WE WILL MEET WITH YOU AS LITTLE AS 25 DAYS BUT NO MORE THAN 6 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE WEDDING TO BECOME FAMILIAR WITH YOUR NEEDS SO THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO CARRY THEM OUT FLAWLESSLY. •

Additional Services PLANNING TIME: $550.00 / PER FIVE HOUR BLOCK If you find that you need help to take care of last minute details or if there is a project you’d like us to handle, or you just need someone to help you start your wedding planning process, we are happy to make it happen.
WEDDING DESIGN AND SET UP ONLY - $600.00 If you are looking for professional expertise on which design you should chose for your wedding & need help with set up on your big day, this option is perfect for you! We’ll provide you with 1 wedding designer for up to 3 hours, at either ceremony or reception site within Bay Area Limits only. One design meeting prior to the wedding day will take place no earlier than 4 weeks before the wedding. Décor needed for the event will be provided by client.
DAY OF PRODUCTION ASSISTANT: $360.00 FOR UP TO 6 HOURS Overtime is billed at time and half in accordance with CA State law. Your coordinator is happy to help you with the set up and display of standard design elements, but one person can do only so much. If you are “DIY” bride and plan to provide additional elements where “assembly” is required, we recommend adding a “Day of Production Assistant” to your existing planning/coordinating service with us. This staff member is responsible for the Inventory, management, installation and breakdown of these elements.
