INFORMATION – Visitors can pick up arƟst lists, maps and area informaƟon and purchase fair t-shirts and memorabilia at the informaƟon booth located near the Water Street entrance. Fair commiƩee members are available to answer your quesƟons, hear your comments and suggesƟons and can be idenƟĮed by their royal blue lanyards and staī logo shirts. More informaƟon is available at www.bellefontefair.org. SILENT AUCTION – Fair arƟsts generously donated their artwork for a silent aucƟon with proceeds to beneĮt the groups that organize and promote the Bellefonte Arts & CraŌs Fair. Items will be on display at the aucƟon tent next to the Water Street InformaƟon Booth on Friday aŌernoon unƟl Saturday at 3:00 p.m.

FEATURED ARTISTS Jennifer Barger Jen creates beauƟful scenes with her camera. She will take you on a nature’s journey when you stop in her booth. You can choose from framed artwork or maƩed artwork ready to frame, whichever you prefer.

Veronica Clark Veronica has handcraŌed your favorite print into collars, harness’s, leashes and beds for your best friend, your pet. If by chance you don’t Įnd what you are looking for, you can have it custom made. A must see booth to show your pride in your pet. He/she will appreciate being pampered.

Laurie Roīol Photographer Laurie Roīol loves nature. It shows in her maƩed and framed prints, notecards and more. You will almost smell the Ňowers in the prints when you stop by and browse.

YOUTH ARTISTS Youth artists are between the ages of 8-17 who design and make their own art/crafts. Youth artists will have booths set up on the Gazebo/Train Station side of the Park from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 12 to display and sell their artwork. These young artists show tremendous talent.

CHILDREN’S ACTIVITIES Children and youth will certainly enjoy the numerous FREE activities planned during the 2017 Arts & Crafts Fair. All children’s activities are on the Gazebo side of Talleyrand Park. Dominion Science Center (Friday 10am-8pm/Saturday 10am-5pm) A hands-on science museum full of fun and educaƟonal experiments and demonstraƟons. Arts & CraŌs AcƟviƟes (Friday10am-1pm/Saturday 10am-1pm) Free children’s arts and craŌ projects to engage children in creaƟng their own art! Planned projects include: paper Ňowers & vases, framed dot art, bug masks, 3D sunŇower decoraƟons, insect sand art, paper bag buƩerŇies, love bug hats, wind chimes. Youth Kayaking Experience (Friday 10am-8pm/Saturday 10am-3pm) Youth, ages 10-14, can parƟcipate in a kayaking experience in Spring Creek, oīered by the Mach One Kayak Team. Face PainƟng Madison Mock will be oīering fee-based face painƟng in the Mock CreaƟons booth. Bellefonte EMS Ambulance & Fire Fighter Displays Area emergency responders will show oī their equipment, provide demonstraƟons and answer quesƟons.

HERBIE’S HOMETOWN LOOP The 11th annual Herbie’s Home “Town Loop” 4-mile run/walk and 10-mile run is an annual memorial event to honor Jeremy HerbstriƩ, a Bellefonte naƟve killed in the 2007 Virginia Tech shooƟngs. PARKING & DIRECTIONS Bellefonte, located in Centre County, Pennsylvania is easily accessible via Interstates 80 and 99. State College and the main campus of the Pennsylvania State University are only a short ten miles away. Free parking is available at Bellefonte Area High School, 830 East Bishop Street, Bellefonte, PA. Free shuttle buses will transport visitors to the business district to tour and shop in downtown Bellefonte (2 stops on South Allegheny & West High Streets) and to Talleyrand Park (one stop at North Potter/West High Streets and one stop at South Water Street). Shuttle transportation will run from 10:00 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. on Friday, August 11th and from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 12th.
