(Direzione e Coordinamento di FDV Group S.p.A.) a testimonianza di come i processi aziendali e le loro interazioni si svolgono sempre secondo gli stessi rigorosi criteri atti a garantire la qualità dei prodotti, dei servizi e la soddisfazione dei Clienti, considerandoli obbiettivi primari delle attività svolte.

CERTIFICAZIONI DEL PRODOTTO Negli ultimi anni, abbiamo perseguito e raggiunto un importante obiettivo: attuare il progetto di certificazione ENEC (European Norms Electrical Certification), che riconosce la conformità degli apparecchi di illuminazione alle norme europee e che raggruppa i marchi di sicurezza di 25 paesi europei; gran parte della produzione oggi può vantare questa importante garanzia di sicurezza. La Qualità è uno degli obiettivi principali di FDV Group. Il dipartimento tecnico interno dispone di supporti tecnologici altamente progrediti, tra i quali spicca il laboratorio prove: le nuovissime attrezzature permettono di certificare la qualità e la sicurezza dei prodotti secondo le norme EN 60598-1,UL 1598,UL 153 e di effettuare collaudi di routine sul 100% degli apparecchi di illuminazione. Il laboratorio prove e collaudi della FDV Group è in possesso delle attrezzature di prova previste in base all’articolo 2.4 del regolamento per il rilascio della concessione d’uso dei marchi dell’IMQ e di strumentazione idonea per adempiere agli obblighi previsti della procedure di certificazione UL. Sulla base del know how sopra descritto, la struttura tecnico-normativa di FDV group S.p.A. è in grado di ottenere una serie di certificazioni di prodotto quali: CE , ENEC , UL , cULus , GOST , UKr SEPRO.

CREATIVITY EMBODIED IN A SINGLE STRONG AND UNITED GROUP SYSTEM CERTIFICATIONS During 2010 FDV Group S.p.A. renewed the certification for its Quality Control System in conformity with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 standards; this acknowledgment has now been extended to Leucos S.p.A. (affiliated company of FDV Group S.p.A.) evidencing how the company processes and their interaction are all carried out to the strictest quality control standards for the products, service and customer satisfaction, which are priorities in all the company activities.

PRODUCT CERTIFICATIONS Recently we reached the important target of implementing the ENEC (European Norms Electrical Certification) that attests the conformity of the lighting fixtures with the European norms, and which includes the safety markings of 25 European countries. Quality is a prime factor for the FDV Group. The internal engineering department is equipped with cutting edge technology, especially the testing laboratory: the next generation equipment allows certifying the product quality and safety in line with EN 60598-1 standards, with routine tests carried out on all the lighting. The in-house technical department features high tech equipment, including a state-of-the-art test laboratory. Our brand new equipment allows us to certify product safety and quality according to the EN 60598-1, UL 1598 and UL 153 standards, in addition to routine tests on 100% of the lighting equipment that we produce. The FDV Group test laboratory owns all of the test equipment required by Article 2.4 of the Regulation for the issue of the concession for the use of IMQ brands, as well as the instruments necessary to fulfil the obligations set forth by the UL certification procedures. Thanks to this expertise, FDV Group S.p.A has obtained a series of product certifications, including: CE, ENEC, UL, cULus, GOST and UKr SEPRO.
