Breeze House
BEECUBEE Architecture
The design concept for this Airbnb is centered around two key elements: abundant natural light and efficient air ventilation. The goal is to create a space that seamlessly integrates with its surroundings, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of Tagaytay while also providing them with a comfortable and inviting environment with the given lot sizeparameters..

Open plan layout good for accommodating house parties. Sliding glass doors along the openings allowing guest spillovers to the green space. A hidden oasis located at rear of the structure for some splash straight into the pool. Double height ceiling living space allowsthearchitecture tomaximizelightandwindventilation.
The second floor has an open layout design primarily for bedroom spaces. Spaces are divided by soft flowing curtains at the same time maximizing the airflow coming from the operable glass windows facingnortheast.
