Amenities Please refer to the Park Map for the location of the amenities buildings. There is one full amenities block located near the Pool and one set of toilets located near the Camp Kitchen. We regularly clean the amenities block and this may require their closure at times. Please notify the Park Office if either of the amenities blocks are in need of attention or to report any faults. Please consider others, limit showers and help conserve water. Children under 12 years of age must be supervised by an adult in these areas. Annual Site Holders We request that Annual Site Holders are offered their privacy, so do not enter or park on their site. BBQs The Park BBQs are free for guest use, however please clean the hotplate after use and ensure the gas is turned off. Please let us know if there are any issues (e.g. no gas, dirty hotplates). Bikes, Ride-on Equipment and Motorised Toys Bikes, ride-on equipment and motorized toys must not be used or driven in or around common areas for the safety of other guests. Road rules must be observed, and a safety helmet worn at all times as required by Victorian law. Books & DVDs Located in the Camp Kitchen, guests are welcome to loan a book or DVD. Please choose one item and return after use OR swap a book/DVD. Breakages, Malfunctions and Care Please report all damage, malfunctioning appliances, breakages and losses promptly to our Park office. We ask you to please leave the accommodation/site in a clean and tidy state. Rubbish should be placed neatly in bins provided (within accommodation and around the Park). All washing up to be done and put away clean within our accommodations. Additional cleaning charges and full replacement costs may apply where furniture, appliances and equipment are not left as originally found or the accommodation conditions on departure is unacceptable. Guests are responsible for the safekeeping, condition and replacement of accommodation keys. Cafes, Restaurants and Wineries Please refer to our local eateries list or grab one from the Park Office. As Beechworth and the local region can be busy, we recommend guests book for any seated meals.

Camp Fires We welcome campfires, but only in fireplaces or fire pits and must not be lit on designated Fire Restriction days. You are welcome to bring your own firewood or purchase it via the Park Office. Camp Kitchen The Camp Kitchen offers guests free use of the pizza oven, gas BBQs, flat screen TV, communal fridge and kitchen facilities. Please respect others, clean up after use and remove only your food from the fridge. Alcohol and medications must not be stored in the camp kitchen fridge/freezer at any time and the Camp Kitchen is smoke-free. Also available is a communal book/DVD area. Guests are welcome to loan a book or DVD - please choose one item and return after use. Car Parking/Visitor Parking One car park is allocated to each accommodation/site. Additional vehicles must park in the designated Visitor Parking areas as detailed on the Park Map. Changing Accommodation or Site The Park reserves your room or site based on the information provided at the time of booking. However, if you would like to change your accommodation or site after arrival, we may not be able to assist due to current reservations, occupancy dates and van/tents sizes. The Park reserves the right to change room/site allocation and apply an additional per night surcharge if an upgrade is requested. Check-Out Check-Out is by 10am on the day of departure. This allows our housekeeping and maintenance team to undertake scheduled works. Late check-outs are subject to availability and must be pre-arranged with the Park Office. Please see reception for fees and availability. Fees are calculated until 10am on the day of departure. Dog Wash Located at the front of the Amenities Block, the Park’s coin operated Dog Wash. Coins can be obtained through the Park Office. Dump Point A septic dump point is provided in the lower part of the Park and detailed on the Park Map. Dumping of toilet waste in any other area of the Park is strictly prohibited. Early Departure The Park does not provide partial or full refunds for any reason after guests have arrived. Extra Guests For safety reasons, all accommodation and sites have a maximum guest limit. Sites are not permitted to have in excess of 6 guests and accommodations are limited based on their berth. You must advise the Park Office upon arrival or as soon as possible of any additional guests staying in your accommodation or on your site.

Evacuation Procedures In an emergency, follow the directions of staff. If the Park must be evacuated, make your way directly to the Evacuation Assembly Point (EAP) as marked on the Park Map. Extending Your Stay If you would like to extend your stay, please contact the Park Office well in advance to your departure time/day. We will aim to help; however, we may not be able to due to current reservations, occupancy dates and van/tents sizes. If continuing your stay requires a room or site upgrade and associated tariffs, we will talk to you first. Fees, Surcharges and Tariffs All fees, surcharges and tariffs are subject to change without notice. All accommodations/sites are allocated based on availability, occupancy dates and van/tents sizes. The Park reserves the right to change room or site allocation within the same category, if deemed necessary, without prior notification. Fire Danger Rating Sign Located near the Park Office door is the CFA Fire Danger Rating sign or via the CFA website. Fire Safety Please check the Park Office for the current CFA restrictions. Fires are prohibited when the CFA declares the beginning of the fire season. The Park will be closed on CODE RED (CATASTROPHIC) days or when the CFA advise people to move to a safer environment. Be prepared to change your plans on severe and extreme fire days. Please read the emergency evacuation plan located in your accommodation and familiarize yourself with the nearest Emergency Assembly Point (EAP). ALL vans must be parked to allow for quick departure (drawbar out) in case of an emergency. Circular or block van parking is not permitted. Garbage/Litter Please help us look after our environment and the native wildlife by using the rubbish and recycling bins located throughout the Park. All rubbish is to be bagged or wrapped and placed in receptacles provided around the Park. Do not leave food or food scraps (including pet food) outside your accommodation or van as a cleaning fee may be applied. Go Epic Mountain Bike Track Direct access to the Go Epic Mountain Bike Track is from the lower section of the Park. Please refer to the Park Map for location and access points. Guest Behaviour All guests must provide quiet and safe enjoyment for other patrons, including visitors and staff. Drunkedness, poor/unsafe conduct and bad-mannered/offensive behaviour and or language will not be tolerated. Housekeeping If you require extra sundry items in your accommodation (eg: toilet paper, soap), please contact the Park Office. Our Housekeeping team commence most days at 930am to commence scheduled works. Internet (Wi-Fi) The Park offers free Wi-Fi for phone, messaging and a little internet browsing. The network is not suitable for streaming, gaming or binge-watching and can be intermittent without notice. Items for Hire Guests are welcome to hire fire pits, Portacots, highchairs and go carts via our Park Office. Keys Guests are provided one key per accommodation. If you require additional keys, please see the Park Office. Guests are responsible for the safekeeping, condition and replacement of accommodation keys. Feel free to leave your keys at the Park Office for later collection if going out for the day. Kiosk The Park Office has a small range of soft drinks, milk, ice cream along with washing powder and merchandise for sale.

Laundry The communal laundry is located at the rear of the Amenities block equipped with coin-operated washing machines/dryer and ironing board. Communal washing lines are located outside the women’s toilets. Pet bedding is not to be washed or dried in the machines and no responsibility is taken for marks or damage. Washing dishes is not permitted in the laundry - sinks are available at the camp kitchen or in your accommodation. Linen Only the main (queen/double) bed is made up and provided towels in the Park’s accommodations. Additional linen is available for a per stay surcharge and can be delivered via the Park Office. The Park only refreshes bed linen or towels after a 7 day stay or via pre-arrangement with a per request surcharge. Local Events/Festivals Beechworth and surrounds have many festivals and events during the year and can be busy at times. Further information is available from the Park Office or the Beechworth Visitor Information Office located in Ford Street, Beechworth. Lost/Found Property Please check your accommodation before departing for any personal items. We will contact you directly for the return of any items that are found by our Housekeeping team. Please report found items to the Park Office for safekeeping. Maintenance If any accommodation or common area (amenities, camp kitchen, etc) require urgent attention, please advise the Park Office at your earliest convenience. Our maintenance team commence most days at 9am to commence scheduled works and from time-to-time, management may need to undertake urgent works without notice. Maps The Park Office has local and regional maps/brochures for guest information. Further maps and brochures are available from the Beechworth Visitor Information Office located in Ford Street, Beechworth. Noise Please consider your fellow guests by keeping the volume low on radios, televisions, mobile phones, portable devices and social gatherings. Excessive noise is not permitted at any time. ALL noise must cease between 10pm and 7am for guest enjoyment. Failure to abide may result in the termination of your stay without refund or your guests being asked to leave immediately. Office Hours The Park’s general office hours are 830am to 5pm, however from time to time we may need to close the office. If the Office is not attended and your matter is urgent, please call the number displayed at the Park Office door.

Park Map A copy of the Park Map can be found within your accommodation or via our website. Personal Information We are required to comply with the Information Privacy Act 2009. Any information you have supplied to us via your reservation is only used for the purpose that it was collected for. We will not disclose your personal information (including whether or not you are staying in the Park) to any person. Should anyone wish to visit you while you are staying in the Park, we recommend you contact them to advise them where you are located after your arrival, as we will not pass on this information. Pet Friendly The Park allows pets to stay within designated Pet Friendly accommodations, however pet owners must comply with the Pet Friendly policy. Pets are NOT permitted inside villas, glamping pods, camping pods, pool area or park facility buildings as a cleaning fee of $200 may be applied. Pets are always required to remain on a leash/pet carrier. Pet owners are required to clean up after their animals. Pets are NOT permitted to be left unattended at any time. Breaches of these rules may result in the eviction of pet owners. Placement of Caravans We can help you place your caravan on your site. To comply with fire regulations, all vans MUST have the drawbar facing toward the road. Playground The children’s playground is located centrally within the Park. Children under 12 years of age must be supervised at all times by an adult. Smoking is not permitted within 10 metres of the playground as per Victorian law. Pool The pool is open from 9am to 7pm (weather permitting). Refunds There is no refund after arrival if your stay is cut short for any reason or you change your mind. Please refer to your cancellation/refund policy at the time of booking. The Park does not provide refunds for unused/partially used sundry items such as firepits, kindling, firewood, linen or Portacots. Reservations Please contact the Park Office if you would like to make a forward reservation, however availability is based on current reservations. We do not make “pencilled reservations” for shoulder/peak period times. A one-night deposit is required for all forward reservations. Security Your security is important to the Park. We recommend you keep your possessions, vehicles and accommodation safely secured at all times. If you have any concerns, please contact the Park Office. Smoking Smoking is NOT permitted in any accommodation. Additional cleaning surcharges will be applied if smoking odours are noted by our housekeeping team after your departure. Smoking is not permitted within 10 metres of the playground or the pool as per Victorian law. Speed Limit The Park’s speed limit is walking pace or 5km per hour. Please be aware of small children, bike riders and local wildlife. Park roads are shared zones and all road signage must be obeyed. Sullage (Grey Water) The Park provides a grey water drain where visitors can direct their grey water using their outlet hoses. Dumping of toilet waste into the grey water drains or in any other area of the Park is strictly prohibited. Trees Trees are inspected regularly, however, branches are still prone to fall. Persons entering the Park do so at their own risk and no responsibility will be accepted for damage to personal property. Trails Local and regional trail information can be found at the Park Office. Van / Site – Parking, Cleanliness and Boundaries Please keep your site tidy and use the facilities provided to dry clothes, discharge sullage water and dispose of rubbish. Make sure your caravan, car and camping equipment stay within your site’s boundaries. Ropes or fastenings must not be tied to trees, fences or Park structures. It is your responsibility to position your camping equipment so that your vehicle fits your allocated site. If it does not fit, please see the Park Office. All vans must be parked to allow for quick removal (drawbar out) in case of emergency. Circular or block van parking is not permitted. Water Conservation Please conserve water by keeping your showers short and report leaking taps to our Park Office. Weather During the months of April, October and November you are most likely to experience good weather with pleasant average temperatures that fall between 20°C and 26°C. The Beechworth and Stanley region is known for snow and extreme frosts from May to early September. Wifi The Park offers FREE Wi-Fi for phone, messaging and a little internet browsing. The network is not suitable for streaming, gaming or binge-watching and can be intermittent without notice. The Park is not responsible for guests’ access to their provider’s service. Wildlife Pet owners must keep their pets on a leash or in a pet crate at all times to prevent interactions with the local wildlife. Guests must not feed local wildlife, no matter how tempting it is to welcome a koala or wallaby onto your site or accommodation area.
