INVESTMENT

To help you plan with clarity and confidence, we have established an estimated breakdown that reflects the overall investment required to host your wedding at the Bedford Village Inn.

FINANCIAL MINIMUM

Your financial minimum includes many of the essential elements that bring your celebration to life - such as food and beverage selections, hosted bar services, and ceremony & facility fees; financial minimums range from $7,500 to $22,000, depending on the season and day of the week.

FACILITY FEE

The facility fee grants exclusive use of the Great Hall, our beautifully manicured exterior grounds, Chiavari chairs, glassware, flatware, and classic ivory linens and napkins. Facility fees range from $1,950 to $6,000, depending on the season and day of the week, and can be used towards your financial minimum.

CEREMONY FEE

The ceremony fee covers the entire setup and use of our ceremony spaces, whether you choose an outdoor garden setting with fruitwood chairs or an indoor ceremony with our Chiavari chairs. Ceremony fees range from $600 to $1,800, depending on the season and day of the week, and can be used towards your financial minimum
