Hello I am Becky Joiner.
I am a mum of two little sweeties, a boy and a girl aged 5 and 8. I wonder where did the time go? One minutes they were crawling around on the floor chewing everything and then they are at school or making there own camps in the woods and just coming back for tea. Time flies by so fast and I realise how important it is to grab those moments, because before long the kids are at school and our time together becomes so much more precious. I have been working as a wedding and family photographer since 2006 after achieving an MA in Photography from University Collage Falmouth. My photographs have been exhibited in London at Truman Brewery, Quimper, France, The Hague, Falmouth, and Gwithian, Cornwall. I also had an exhibition on the King Harry Ferry, Cornwall.

Family portraits, a children photoshoot birthday celebration or a family party
So how does this work? My Family photography shoots are about telling the story of your family at that fleeting moment. Together we decide on location, this is a place that you all love to go or just in your home. We talk wet weather plans and we discuss what sort of photographs you want. Every family is different, but we all agree that we want to capture the freedom, love and joy that we get from our family life together. I don’t use a sterile studio, I don’t make your little ones wear silly woolie clothes neither do I ask you to pose in a certain way and I certainly don’t call kids to “smile and look this way” That’s not how this works. You are free to be however you choose, I simply watch and steal the picture as it happens, oh and we laugh loads along the way. These photography sessions are fun, original and very happy times.
