We are excited that you found us and look forward to your upcoming appointment. When you Join us in the salon, you will find that the way we approach consultations about cuts, colors, hair extensions, and styling is completely different than anything you have experienced before.

Instead of having gorgeous hair only on the day you sit in our chair, we set you up for weeks of success between visits. With Styling training covering everything from maintaining your new color to daily styling, we focus on ensuring you feel confident with your style when you leave. Because there is nothing worse than never looking as good as it did the day you got it done.

erin@beautyboxcolorado.com A passionate hair stylist and lash artist, and just a typical western slope girl who loves her life too much to stray far from those rocky mountains. I love being a hairstylist for many reasons. For me, connecting and building community is, for sure, the number one reason. I love it when the people that sit in my chair feel comfortable. When you have confidence in your hairstylist, you feel comfortable asking and answering questions. Those questions are what lead us to a real connection. And that connection is where magic happens.

By honing my technical skill set with extensive extension training, I can make hair goals a reality. Building confidence in women by giving them something they didn't even know was possible.

THE EXPERIENCE Pre-visit We want you to feel comfortable from the very beginning. That’s why you have already received a few correspondences from us. Just to let you know all the particulars. Where we are, how to get in the building, where to park, and what to expect. If your appointment with us requires a pre-appointment questionnaire, you should have received it in your email; please ensure you fill it out and return it before your appointment so we can be prepared when you arrive.

Between Appointments 04 05 Once you are a client at the Beauty Box You are welcome to Join the VIP client group on facebook. It is our online community, and a safe place to ask any questions you may have about hair or lash care, and any other questions you may have. It is also the Place where any last minit appointments are posted.

Which is a great oppertunity to tag your friends, or share a booking link if you know someone that would love us as much as you do.

Being our guest Your experence at the Beauty Box is designed to be one of a kind. At the begining of each visit we will spend a little time talking about your plan for the day,06 and revisiting your long term goals before we start your appointment.

Making a personal connection, and learning about your lifestyle in order to create a look and care routine that fits you, your lifestyle, and your long term goals is our jam.

LOYALTY AND REWARDS PROGRAM We have a fantastic program that rewards all of our amazing guests. There are many ways to earn reward points, and once you stack up 1000 of them, we will give you an in-salon credit of 25.00. and you can spend that on any service you choose. You can even save them for a new color or extension service. Here is a breakdown of all the ways you can earn points.

Earn at every visit You earn points at every visit to the Beauty Box. You make one loyalty point for every dollar you spend in the salon services.

Treat yourself On top of the loyalty points you earn for your services, you can earn 2 points per dollar on all product and retail purchases and 3 points per dollar on all in-salon treatments.

share your experence You can earn big time by sharing your experience at The Beauty Box. Every post you make to your Facebook or Instagram about your visit that also has the Beauty Box tagged, you earn 20 points. But that isn’t all; by leaving an online review, you can earn 500 points! Pro tip: if this is your first visit to the Beauty Box, leave a review on both Google and Yelp, and you are already at your first reward!

send your friends We want to meet all your friends. And for every person you send to the Beauty Box, we will show our gratitude by giving you 1000 reward points. That's money in your pocket!

Your first appointment Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we have time for a thorough consultation before we begin the day. To ensure that we are fully repaired, if your scheduled appointment requires a pre-visit consultation form, it was sent to the email that was sent. Please ensure that it is filled out and returned before your first visit. This allows us to ensure we are ready for your first visit.

Finding us can be tricky because the outside of the Building doesn't say Beauty Box. The outside has a sign on the front that says "Refinments" "The address is 1021 Main Street. There isn't a parking lot, but parking on the street is accessible on this part of the street. When you arrive, you are welcome to head in.

Our studio is at the back of the Building, past the waiting area and the coffee bar on the right-hand side.

We will have some water and a snack selection ready so you can get comfortable and settle in for your appointment. We also have additional items to help make you as comfortable as possible: electronics chargers, a desk if you need to work during your appointment, and a menu of add-on experiences to treat yourself to just a little while you are with us.

Don't hesitate to ask if you need anything else we have yet to think of.

Salon policies

Cancelations and Missed appointments

While we appreciate as much notice as possible if you can't make your appointment, fortyeight hours is required to adjust, reschedule, or cancel an appointment. If less than 48 hours of notice is given, a 25.00 per missed service will be due. An invoice for the budget box will be sent to the email on file. If no notice is given for a missed appointment, the appointment will be invoiced to you in the email I've included. A replacement appointment may be booked online once a late change or missed appointment fee has been paid.

We Pride ourselves on the process we use to help you choose the right products to support your hairstyle and lifestyle. But if you get something at home and you don't love it, we are happy to exchange it as long as it's complete and you return it within seven days of the date of purchase.

satisfaction garintee We want you to love your new look. That is why we work so hard during the consultation to ensure there isn't any miscommunication.

You loving your new look is our number one priority. We are willing to adjust your cut or color for the first seven days free of charge.

After seven days, any adjustments to your cut will be charged at a haircut price. Color adjustments will be based on a case-by-case basis. However, color longevity will only be guaranteed if you purchase the recommended aftercare products for your color at the Beauty Box.
