У большинства людей осень — не самое любимое время года. И их можно понять, ведь то, что нас окружает, — дожди, серость и холод. Но стоит отбросить этот негатив, и вы увидите, насколько она прекрасна! Осенняя пора не зря во все времена очаровывала и вдохновляла художников и поэтов — людей, умеющих по-особенному чувствовать и видеть этот мир. Ведь осень рождает новый образ мыслей и новое чувство единения с природой. Осень — это огромный источник вдохновения и самое лучшее время для творчества! Поэтому не поддавайтесь унынию, а попытайтесь прислушаться к себе, посмотреть по-особому на окружающий мир и найдите в этом для себя все самое лучшее, полезное, и… творите! The sunny and eventful summer has unexpectedly ended and made room for autumn. Despite it still being really warm outside everything started painting itself really bright colours that only autumn can bring, seemingly slowing the time’s pace.

Most people don’t enjoy autumn, and fairly so as quite often it is cold, dull, and rainy outside. However, once you get rid of the negative perception you’ll see how beautiful it really is!

Autumn has inspired artists and poets — people capable of seeing this world with different eyes — for a very good reason.

It forms a new way of thinking and creates a feeling of being at one with nature. Autumn is a great source of inspiration and the best time for being creative!

So don’t fall victim to sadness. Instead, try listening to yourself, see the world around you from a different angle, find what you love best about it, and… create!

Drawing inspiration from autumn we have collected everything that may be interesting and pleasing to you in this issue. As usual, we are talking about the most diverse fields trying to make your life more beautiful and colourful.

David Morris is one of the few remaining family-owned jewellers, and I’ve been fortunate to inherit from my father David a genuine passion to craft the most magnificent jewellery creations that I can conceive. When selecting coloured gemstones, I look for those with an ‘open’ colour — not too dark. My father always said that you should see the colour of the stone at night, as this is when you’re most likely to be wearing the pieces. That’s just one of his many of his pearls of wisdom garnered from spending a lifetime in high jewellery.

Our philosophy could be seen to en-

capsulate classic design, but with a twist. My inspiration comes from the uniqueness of the stones themselves, as well as from the connoisseurs collecting them. Once I’ve sketched the design, the journey is then completed in our on-site atelier where our very talented craftsmen bring my designs to life.

We have one of the last remaining workshops on Bond Street and make full use of this luxury. As a designer, I’m always seeking inspiration, whether from art or nature.

Seeing beautiful places and striking works of art also makes one strive to create beautiful things.

Работая PR-директором в кинокомпании, я очень боялась публичных выступлений: предпочитала оставаться серым кардиналом, который все организовывает, но не светится. Но в какой-то момент я поняла, что нужно побороть свой страх и научиться выходить на сцену без зажимов. В то время как раз проходил конкурс красоты, и я решила принять в нем участие. Там меня заметил скаут модельного агентства. Не скрою, порядком

Мы давно не радовали друзей галереи работами нашего французского художника Ромена Фроке, поэтому сразу несколько его абстрактных произведений были представлены на нашем стенде. Также были представлены скульптуры нового художника Askeri Gallery — Даниэля Закха. Мы показали его работу в исследовании вертикальной плоскости пространства и взаимодействия с материей, которая отражена в серии «Inflow Vertical». I wasn’t as tall as most of the models or as athletic. After my first advertising shoots it became clear that appearance is not key in the modelling business. What matters is individuality, luck, willingness to work, ability to listen, and complying with the demands of the directors and photographers. I was well-paid for the shoots, but they took a lot of time as back then I studied, and it was hard to combine several engagements at the same time, so I had to leave the movie company. The modelling business taught me to work for days on end without any sleep or rest, listen to people, be a part of a big team, and be patient, of course.

You had the most beautiful stand at Da!Moscow which was no less impressive than Gagosian and Hauser & Wirth. Did you design the concept yourself?

Thank you! The concept was designed alongside my sister Angelina. Но настоящего душевного контакта и любви ребенок не получает, внимание родителей заменяется подарками. В этом смысле дети действительно бедные.

Развиваться люди могут только в том случае, если они сами этого хотят. Когда ко мне приходят родители и начинают перечислять претензии к детям, я останавливаю их. Прямо воздействуя на человека, мы ничего не добьемся: давайте перенесем фокус внимания на себя. Когда мы вводим в семье какие-то правила, соблюдаем ли мы их сами? Пусть правил и запретов будет немного — но нужно быть последовательными. Например, молодому человеку выдаются карманные деньги, и если он их потратил, то будет сидеть без них. Но часто бывает так, что он просто звонит маме и сердобольная родительница немедленно пополняет его счет. Кроме самих границ, должна быть и свобода в пределах этих границ. Не нужно выстраивать слишком жесткий график жизни ребенка. Мы хотим вырастить лидера, который сам может принимать решения, творить? Тогда зачем мы сажаем его в машину и целый день возим с одного занятия на другое? Когда ему думать? Когда ему фантазировать? Когда ему лежать, смотреть на облака и мечтать?

Нужно, чтобы у детей было свободное, ничем не занятое, даже скучное время. И нужно сделать так, чтобы и у нас было выделенное время для общения с собственным ребенком.

Обязательно! А в оставшееся время можно запланировать, скажем, три занятия, которые он будет посещать: одно художественное, одно интеллектуальное и одно спортивное. Так мы увидим, что ему действительно нравится.

У нас считается, что детям с самого рождения нужно все объяснять: «Ты должен, потому что…» Так вот, некоторые вещи детям объяснять не надо. А на вопрос «Почему?» мы отвечаем коротко: «Потому что». Потому что в нашей семье так принято. Одна клиентка очень переживала, что ответить сыну на вопрос, почему у него нет папы. «Потому что наша семья такая» — и весь разговор. Мир разнообразен.

Такие примеры есть, но их очень мало. Это пока экзотика.

Дело в том, что сейчас живет первое, возможно, второе поколение людей с большими деньгами. От родителей они получили установки, как жить при небольших деньгах, «от зарплаты до зарплаты», но установок, как жить в роскоши, новые династии еще не выработали. Я всегда говорила детям: «Представьте себе, что в доме произошел пожар и все сгорело. Что у вас останется? У вас останется здоровье, навыки, умения и знания, которые вы получили. У вас останутся родственники, с которыми вы находитесь в хороших отношениях. Останутся друзья. Мотивация, желание что-то делать. Вот это и есть ваш капитал». Мы быстро придем к тому, к чему приходят богатые западные семьи: спокойное отношение к роскоши, участие детей в благотворительности с самого маленького возраста. В описываемой ситуации отправка молодых людей «на заработки» выглядит искусственно. Хотя, поработав даже месяц официантом или продавцом, молодой человек получит ценные социальные навыки.

Все зависит от родителей. Если ребенок слышит от мамы или папы: «Я сегодня еду в фонд, потому что…», «необходимо помочь…», он усваивает это. То, как мы относимся к лю-

дям любой национальности, вероисповедания, материального состояния, впитывается ребенком с самого юного возраста. Лучший способ воспитывать в детях доброту, благодарность — это реальная помощь, в том числе и благотворительным фондам. Можно привести ребенка на какое-то мероприятие, рассказать, что мы там делаем, сходить в больницу, в дом престарелых. Если в семье это норма, то это будет нормой и для детей.

Соединение трех вещей: «хочу», «могу» и «надо», которое я называю «волшебным треугольником». Я хочу этим заниматься: мне это интересно. Я могу этим заниматься: за час могу сделать то, за чем люди годами ходили к кому-то другому. И я нужна людям. К сожалению, я не могу всех проконсультировать, собственно, поэтому и пишу книги.

«Дом с маяком» появился в моей жизни, когда мой сын Алексей пришел к нам домой с девочкой, с которой они были волонтерами в детской клинической больнице, Лидой Мониавой. Сейчас Алексей работает в Центре лечебной педагогики и недавно выпустил прекрасную книгу «Мир аутизма: 16 супергероев». А у Лиды была благородная мечта — создать хоспис для детей. На моих глазах она организовала все с нуля. Войти в попечительский совет Фонда стало естественным и органичным продолжением моей помощи. У меня трое детей, и я считаю, что нет ничего страшнее в жизни, чем знать, что твой ребенок безнадежно болен. А еще страшнее, если ты в этой ситуации остаешься один.

Наша задача, чтобы они были в семье. Потому что самое страшное, когда ребенка кладут в реанимацию, и тогда это уже неподвижный ребенок… В семье — братья, сестры, родители. Сейчас создан стационар на 15 палат. Последние дни жизни — самые тяжелые, и бывает лучше, когда больной вне дома. Врачи, медсестры, нянечки, психологи, игровые терапевты, координаторы – всегда рядом. Это больше паллиативная помощь, чем лечение. И есть много способов избавить от страданий, от боли и сделать жизнь всей семьи нормальной. Мы проводим много мероприятий: катаем их на корабликах, устраиваем выезд в летний лагерь, делаем стрижки и укладки мамам. И если дети хотят увидеть

какую-то звезду — певца или спортсмена — мы приглашаем. И они откликаются, приезжают. Сейчас идет акция «Дети вместо цветов», когда вместо огромных охапок преподавателю на 1 сентября дарится один букет от класса, а остальные деньги собираются на благотворительность. В прошлом году было собрано 20 миллионов рублей, акцию подхватили уже по всей России. Это хорошее начинание. Почему я уверена, что помощь не должна быть адресной? Можно прийти в семью, дать денег, но это не всегда даст нужный результат. Потому что невозможно в одиночку организовать необходимую помощь. Нужны материалы, памперсы, капельницы, аппараты искусственной вентиляции легких, коляски — много всего. Лучше, когда семья находится под патронажем фонда.

Помощь может быть любая, она всегда нужна. На сайте «Дома с маяком» можно посмотреть, чем помочь. Фонд — это возможность делать добрые дела. Главное для нас — регулярные платежи, пусть и небольшие. Представляете, что будет, если большое количество людей будет делать такие платежи?

I first started getting familiar with medicine back when I was 15. To gather up some experience prior to entering the university I started working at the serious patient department of City Hospital 81 in Moscow as a nurse. Back then I realised that medication and appropriate treatment are essential but psychological behaviour patterns help just as much. Despite working on weekends and night shifts I was popular among the patients. One of the bedridden women once said ‘Marina is here, so I’ll survive’.

Then I went to Pirogov Medical Institute and got my master badge in cycling. Sport psychology was in its early stages of development at the Central Institute of Physical Education where I got my second degree. It was home to renowned professors and great professionals. This way my life became strongly tied to sport psychology. I taught this newly formed subject and worked with Soviet teams. I was the first to teach future sport psychologists and launch a dedicated department in the USSR.

I get inspired by my clients, my family and friends. I taught myself to be happy about every single moment: walking, the weather, light breeze on my skin or beautiful objects. I also get energized by the conscious approach. I’ve been practicing since 2012. I love travelling and discovering new things. My mom says I am mental for spending the whole life to study (smiles). However, this is what gives me pleasure and inspires me.

Япония восхищает с первой минуты пребывания. И сразу располагает к себе тем дружеским энтузиазмом, с которым тебя встречают и помогают. Так уж случилось, что я забыла планшет на борту самолета и обратилась в службу розыска багажа. Оказалось, что мое обращение доставило радость сотрудникам аэропорта, и они готовы сделать всё, чтобы я не огорчалась: через несколько минут они вернули любимый гаджет, чему сами несказанно радовались. Согласитесь, когда поездка начинается с доброжелательности — это залог приятного путешествия. Впрочем, дружеское общение здесь повсюду — тем же утром мы увидели проходящую мимо семью с чудесной девочкой в кимоно, не успели высказать свои восторги, как ее родственники стали благодарить за теплые слова, общаться, предлагать свою помощь. Наша японская жизнь началась легко и радостно. Сегодня переезжаем в любимые горы, где есть треки, озеро, канатные дороги и знаменитые термальные источники — онсэны. Весной это место удивило густыми туманами на озере, которые окутывали всё вокруг таинственной дымкой. Смотрелось волшебно, только из-за нее тогда не удалась увидеть Фудзияму. Хаконэ — древний потухший вулкан. В его кратере расположено ещё несколько вершин более молодых вулканов, некоторые из которых курятся до сих пор. Здесь находится горное озеро Аси, в которое, как считается, как в зеркало смотрится Фудзи, парк неземной красоты, храм Девятиглавого дракона, бескрайние поля удивительно жёлтой травы, а вдалеке — причудливые очертания гор. Реальность, как всегда, оказались сурова и сильно отличалась от снимков. Оленей действительно было много, и бродили они не только по огромному парку, но и по всему городку. Специальные печеньки на каждом углу продавали сердитые старушки. Вот только обнаглевшие и прожорливые олени кусались, лягались, бодались и беспрестанно требовали свои пайки. Причём бодались

и кусались пребольно. А ещё кругом были следы их жизнедеятельности, которые нужно было зорко замечать, если не хочешь потом благоухать. Нара знаменита своими храмами. Вчера мы побывали на службе. Множество автобусов, на которых приехали люди из разных мест, перед входом в храм все снимают обувь и проходят внутрь на церемонию. Горят огни, звучат барабаны и колокольчики, все сидят на циновках на корточках и молятся. Мы тоже посидели и послушали. Суть церемонии была нам непонятна, но ощущение умиротворения и спокойствия посетило. День в Киото выдался не очень удачным — искать виды для хорошей фотографии, когда вокруг тебя толпа из нескольких миллионов японцев и туристов, проблематично. Около вожделенного мостика над прудом мы замерли на час в ожидании момента, когда хоть бы на секунду на нем не будет народа: миссия невыполнима. Постепенно умиротворение покинуло, за ним и человеколюбие. Особенно я невзлюбила огромного китайского туриста в кричащей яркой куртке: сначала снял всевозможные виды, потом видео, потом селфи, потом других туристов. Но когда я увидела

Мы с трудом выбрались из толпы и пошли домой. С раннего утра в Киото лил дождь, и мы направились в императорский дворец. Хотелось поностальгировать, ведь именно с этого парка начиналось наше знакомство с Киото в прошлую поездку. Огромный пустынный сад, в котором можно блуждать часами, лишь

изредка встречая туристов. Необычное ощущение для Японии. В прошлый раз тоже был проливной дождь, мы так же ходили с зонтиками. Вернее, не ходили, а бегали в восторге от одного места к другому. Деревья, листики, капельки, камушки, мостики, фонарики — всё было заснято с фанатичным упорством фотоманьяков. На этот раз мы уже не бегали, а размеренно ходили. Эта прогулка больше напоминала встречу со знакомыми местами. Мы ходили и вспоминали, где и что снимали, кого где встретили, узнавали места, где сделали самые классные снимки. Радость узнавания и воспоминания ничуть не меньше радости знакомства. И на этот раз я не столько снимала ландшафты, сколько наблюдала за людьми. Япония впечатляет тем, что здесь все спокойно, разумно и понятно. В правилах и системах можно довольно быстро разобраться. Комфорт и радость — два главных чувства, которые ты испытываешь здесь. И красота! Красота во всем — храмы, парки, дома, еда, поезда, бенто-боксы, и этот список можно перечислять до бесконечности. Нравится

При проектировании интерьера номеров дизайнер Клаудио Карбоне уделил особое внимание освещению. For 150 years, the Quellenhof has served as the flagship of Europe’s leading wellbeing and medical health resorts. Countless statesmen, movie stars and royal family members have spent the night in one of the hotel’s luxurious suites. The five-star hotel in Bad Ragaz has been amongst the crown jewels of the Swiss luxury hotel industry for a number of years. Patrick Vogler, CEO, and Marco R. Zanolari, General Manager of the Grand Hotel are now leading their grand dame into a new era: with the renovation work that was completed in 2019, they have taken an important step towards realizing their vision of becoming the number one grand hotel in Europe. “We had the vision of bringing our hotel into a new era of luxury hospitality, and we have succeeded,” says Patrick Vogler.

Famed Swiss interior designer Claudio Carbone is responsible for the redesign of the Grand Hotel Quellenhof. The new concept is centered around both the hotel’s history and its thermal water. The story of Bad Ragaz began with the discovery of the 36.5-degree thermal water in the

In order to clearly depict the hotel’s connection to the thermal water, a total of three new thermal water fountains were installed throughout the resort during the renovations. These fountains feature a continuous flow of fresh thermal water, which can and should be consumed. But the fountains are far from the only new additions: all of the furniture, curtains and light fixtures inside the Quellenhof were also redesigned. “We want to offer our guests a place of refuge that combines luxury and well-being in a hotel that also satisfies the demands of today,” explains General Manager Marco R. Zanolari. “We were able to create a perfect harmony between the history of the hotel and its modern, stylish interior.” The initial feedback from guests has been extremely positive: “The hotel was completely booked in the first few days after reopening, and guests were also particularly enthusiastic about the new restaurants,” says Zanolari.

However, the decision-makers assure us that a project of this scale does not simply happen overnight. “The extensive planning and preparation work took around two years,” explains Patrick Vogler. The project was able to stick precisely not only to its schedule, but also its planned budget of around CHF 45 million.

SPECTACULAR LIGHTING THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL

When it came to designing the interiors of all the rooms in the hotel, interior architect Claudio Carbone made sure to pay special attention to the lighting. He used unusual light fixtures – all inspired by nature – to create an entirely new atmosphere in the Grand Hotel Quellenhof. The highlight of the lighting concept is the 16-meter-high chandelier in the lobby that presides over all four floors. With 2,500 clear and blue spheres of various sizes, it calls to mind the image of a flowing waterfall, while the reflection of light breathes life into the artful elements that were created by Czech glass-blowers.

AN ADDITIONAL TOP SUITE

As part of the comprehensive renovations, the Grand Hotel Quellenhof in Bad Ragaz has added another exclusive suite for its guests: the King Suite.

With this new suite, the entire resort now boasts a total of five top suites.

Previously, guests could choose from the Royal Suite (Grand Hotel Quellenhof), the Penthouse Suite and the Presidential Suite (both in the Spa Suites Tower), and the Imperial Suite (Palais) – four very different offers. With the newly designed King Suite, the Grand Hotel has secured its place amongst the best Swiss luxury hotels for many years to come. The goal of the renovation was to preserve the history of the Grand Hotel Quellenhof and allow it to continue to grow while at the same time supporting both the preservation and further development of the Grand Hotel Quellenhof in the future.

AN EVENTFUL HISTORY

Bernhard Simon, the courageous pioneer of the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, made Swiss tourism history when he purchased the Bad Ragaz estate in 1868.

Construction of the Grand Hotel Quellenhof began just a few days later, and the hotel welcomed its first guests on 10 July 1869. The estate expanded steadily and received illustrious guests from around the globe who were active in the worlds of politics, business and high society. After a number of turbulent years, the Schmidheiny family of entrepreneurs became involved with Bad Ragaz on 3 January 1928. Jacob Schmidheiny was named the President of the Board of Directors of Bad- und Kuranstalten Ragaz-Pfäfers. Great-uncle of current Member of the Board of Directors Dr. h.c. Thomas Schmidheiny, Jacob Schmidheiny shaped the destiny of the hotel for a total of 15 years. He was succeeded by his nephew, Dr. h.c. Max Schmidheiny, and in turn by his son, Dr. h.c. Thomas Schmidheiny, who remains actively involved in the hotel to this day. His daughter, Lisa Schmidheiny, represents the fourth generation of the Schmidheiny family to have a close relationship with the company.

picking spots for a comfortable stay and some golfing. When I got an offer to go to Switzerland from Beautiful Lifestyle Magazine I was glad despite not really thinking of the country as a golfing spot. I mostly imagined Switzerland as a beautiful land of waterfalls, lakes, ancient castles, chapels, ski resorts, and, of course, cows grazing freely on emerald fields.

However, Switzerland turns out to be a real golf heaven! Mountain air, long walks across short green slopes and soft grassy valleys, picturesque landscapes of the surrounding mountains and lakes make unforgettable impressions. I was lucky to visit the famous resorts of Bad Ragaz, Andermatt, Davos, and one of the world’s most luxurious hotels, The Dolder Grand Zurich.

Расположенный на тысячеметровой высоте над уровнем моря, всего в часе езды от Цюриха, Бад-Рагац (Bad Ragaz) — место, популярное во всем мире. Горячие целебные источники уже более ста лет собирают здесь тех, кто хочет поправить своё здоровье. Здесь также проходят реабилитацию известные спортсмены после трудных сезонов и соревнований. Я не смог отказать себе в удовольствии посидеть на центральной площади с чашечкой ароматного кофе и полюбоваться окружающим спокойствием. После полезного во всех отношениях завтрака мы вышли на первое гольф-поле: 18 лунок хорошего качества, в лесу, с интересным меняющимся рельефом. На свежем, бодрящем воздухе, под пение птиц мы быстро прошли его: задержались лишь на 11-й лунке — пройти мимо небольшого пруда с белым дном было никак нельзя. Представьте себе, с белым дном от количества заброшенных мячей! Мне, как человеку, начинающему свою карьеру в гольфе в трудные 1990-е, вспомнилось, как я зарабатывал порой деньги — искал и продавал потерянные мячи… Мы завершили день хорошим ужином, в приятном расположении духа и отличным настроем на завтрашнюю поездку в Андерматт (Andermatt).

Эта поездка запомнится надолго! Мне повезло: я был пассажиром и мог любоваться извилистой живописной дорогой, фотографировать изумительные по красоте пейзажи. По дороге мы остановились у горной речки, и я, как мечтал когда-то, умылся и испил прохладной чистейшей воды с горных вершин Швейцарских Альп. В общем, всем рекомендую при возможности проехаться по дороге Bad-Ragaz–Andermatt: восхитительные ощущения! Поле, на которое мы приехали, превзошло все мои ожидания. Первую девятку я чувствовал себя альпинистом. Но карабкались не зря — с горы открылся умопомрачительный вид на долину. (Этот вид теперь радует меня часто — я сделал его заставкой на телефоне.) Вторая девятка более равнинная, но не менее качественная. Клубный дом настолько гармонично вписан в ландшафт, что его можно и не заметить сразу! Завершить путешествие в чудесное место советую ужином в уютном ресторане отеля The Chedi Andermatt.

Чудесный день ознаменовался открытием игристого на 10-й лунке и закончился празднованием дня рождения в городе Бад-Рагац (Bad Ragaz) на смотровой площадке у четырёхметровой статуи Иисуса Христа (уменьшенной копии грандиозных сооружений в Португалии и Бразилии). Пожалуй, по атмосфере и теплоте это был лучший вечер. Отель The Dolder Grand в Цюрихе — место, где надо побывать обязательно. И не только ради уникальных видов, открывающихся с его высоты. Впрочем, нельзя не оценить и изысканную кухню — выше всяких похвал! Искренне благодарю организаторов моего путешествия в эту удивительную и прекрасную страну. Standing on 3,000 ft above sea level Bad Ragaz is just an hour away from Zurich, a city known all over the world. The hot thermal springs have been attracting those wishing to get healthier for over a century. There is an Olympic centre, and many well-known athletes came over here to rehabilitate after hard long-lasting seasons. My favourite spot in the town is a café with a view of the mountains. I could not help having a cup of coffee outside contemplating the local serenity.

After a healthy breakfast we went to the first golfing spot, a field with 18 holes. It was of a great quality, and the forest where it is situated has a variating landscape. Chirping birds, a great company, and fresh air made this round very quick. We made a slightly longer stop at hole 11 as we had to admire a tiny pond with a white bottom. White because of all the balls lying there.

As someone who started their golfing career back in the tough 90’s I remember earning by retrieving and selling lost golf balls.

The club house is not really seen, that’s how perfectly it matches the surroundings. To finish off the trip to this wonderful place I would recommend dining at a cosy local restaurant of The Chedi Andermatt hotel.

September 4 is the birthday of the organizer of this trip and the inspiration behind it, Mila Goncharova-Legrand, editor-in-chief of Beautiful Lifestyle Magazine. So we decided to have a game in the city crucial for business people and the powers that be, Davos. Weirdly enough, the area itself was not of the highest quality and not hard in terms of its landscape. However, in this life locations don’t matter as much as the company. That marvelous day started with popping a bottle of sparkling wine on hole 10 and ended with the birthday celebration in Bad Ragaz, on a viewpoint with a four-meter-tall statue of Jesus, a smaller copy of the statues in Portugal and Brazil. It’s fair to say that was the best evening in terms of cosiness and warmth.

Later in the day at dinner accompanied by a glass of local white wine we were cheered up and already looking forward to the following day’s trip to Andermatt.

Мы разработали бизнес-модель, которая позволит в ближайшее время создать среду для нашего полноценного развития. Первоначально я планировала открыть клинику антивозрастной терапии, однако сегодня понимаю, как много совершенно разных способов оставаться молодой и красивой. У нас принято много внимания уделять косметологии, пластической хирургии, и почему-то меньше занимаются тем, что действительно старит — прежде всего гиподинамией, отказом от движения. Мы, напротив, ставим своей задачей создать благодаря грамотной системе двигательных упражнений гармоничную личность, в том числе и через тренировки, массаж. Они, между прочим, прекрасно помогают и в терапии депрессивных и тревожных состояний.

Всё, что связано с движением, с телесными связями — я готова за это браться, потому что хорошее состояние определяет качество жизни. И чем человек старше, чем больше внимания этим вопросам необходимо уделять. Здесь правило простое: чем больше человек правильно двигается, тем дольше он остается молодым и тем активнее идут процессы омоложения. У нас постоянные депрессии, а движение — это один из методов борьбы с ними. Ученые выяснили, что инфаркт и инсульт имеют аутоиммунную природу. В университете я интересовалась психосоматикой, полезное направление. Планирую включить в нашу команду и психотерапевта.

Любая индустрия — это потребление, и её главная задача в том, чтобы продукты покупались все больше и импульсивнее. Она намеренно увеличивает чувство тревожности — вы не соответствуете идеалу. Более того, желательно, чтобы вы пребывали в постоянном страхе. Когда 15-летняя модель смотрит с глянца и про неё говорят, что она желанная женщина, девушки за 20 уже начинают переживать. Мы первые в фитнесе вышли с лозунгом «Даёшь бодипозитив». Вы можете быть любой формы, любого веса — нам это не важно. Наша задача — сделать вас функциональным, счастливым, чтобы ваше тело вам подчинялось и оно вам нравилось.

I’ve been to about thirty or forty countries. You know, I can’t put my finger on where the most beautiful and the happiest women live. I just don’t know! I love Asia. I feel at home in Italy, namely in Florence, Umbria, and Tuscany.

I adore Cambodia, it is a fantastic place. I love Mexico and its ancient cultures. South America was my last year’s discovery. I’ve been to the Galapagos Islands, and the mountains of Peru. That was an explosion of emotions I can barely explain with words. I always get ready for my trips: I read all I can find about the country I’m going to; I study historic notes, regional literature, culinary specialties, and so forth. Especially when it comes to country like Peru.

Where do you feel mentally comfortable?

First of all, at home. However, I feel just as comfortable elsewhere. I love coming to Europe. I believe Austrians are the closest to me mentally.

I love France but as much as French people. I like Spain but it’s a bit too noisy. Northern Italians are quite appealing. However, all of them still have a different mentality. I love Russian men most, whatever people may say about them. Especially the younger ones as they are accustomed to the informational environment. Now that consumerism is commonplace I value a reasonable attitude towards commercial goods, and refusal of the transient. This is a story of personal independence. One might be fond of a certain brand only when it corresponds to the person’s own values.

Nine years ago my beloved ex-husband, a big cinephile, and I decided to open a space for screening intelligent and complex movies and exchanging opinions, i.e. a venue for talking about movies and life. We only screen arthouse movies, complex creations and talk about the characters’ psychology, changes over time, and philosophical constructs. We’ve had numerous guests, but we now have a core audience.

Sometimes we travel together. Our last getaway screening took place on the Galapagos Islands.

This is very fulfilling. Too many business affairs need to be balanced with some soulful activities. Cinema is a great tool for paying attention to the most painful spots. I notice how our audience changes their opinions on what they have watched over time. We are talking about various people with the likes of politicians, businessmen, and scientists…

It takes being functionally healthy and feel one’s inner freedom, a harmony with the surrounding world. One should strive for development and search for new and original experiences. On July 17 Beautiful Lifestyle Magazine witnessed firsthand the closed party reserved for selected people. The party was dedicated to selective perfumery and creation of individual looks.

The party’s main speaker was Aik Sargsyan, owner and founder of Cosmotheca boutique for rare and individual perfumery. Aik told the story of perfumery, broke some news about the field, and shared the secrets of creating luxurious looks by picking the right fragrance. Selective fragrances are much more complex in creation than the mass market ones. This is why Aik believes they might tell an entire story.

The event was held at Izeta Fashion House which exhibited a luxurious collection of fur and leather goods and offered all the details about the newest trends as told by chief designer Izeta Gadzhieva. Throughout the whole night the guests listened to lectures, tasted three types of wine made in Champagne province, and enjoyed oysters, scallops, and black caviar courtesy of DeLuxe.Catering and host Ekaterina Fadeyeva.
