MANGGARAI STATION CENTRAL TRANSIT ADAPTIVE REUSE
This design was my final project as an Architecture student in 2021. The circulation within the building was too crowded, and the new concept from the government did not synergize well with the existing structure. Manggarai Station is a cultural heritage building, so we need to carefully preserve it before undertaking any revitalization efforts.
The new concept “Adaptive Reuse” involves integrating the new building with the old one, which has helped to reduce the congestion in circulation.
SMALL SCOPE INDUSTRY SEMARANG RE-DESIGN
This design is the outcome of a research project focused on re-designing small-scale industrial areas in Semarang. The small industrial environment, previously planned to be relocated from Bugangan to Wijaya Kusuma, prompted the Architecture Department at Diponegoro University to contribute by developing a prototype design concept.
This design serves as a typical model for each of the workshops involved in this project.
The finalized design will be submitted to the Minis try of Industry of Indonesia, with particular attention to small industries in Tegal.
The research involved both interior design and the clustering of industrial activities, aiming to create a functional and efficient space for small-scale indus tries.
HYBRID SPACE HERITAGE SUGAR INDUSTRY AREA DESIGN MODELLING
This community service activity focuses on developing a "hybrid space" design model for the revitalization of the Heritage area, especially the Sragi Sugar Factory (PG) in Pekalongan Regency. This design model is an innovative integration between the revitalization of cultural heritage buildings and the use of virtual space that presents narrative content of regional historical and cultural values.
Hybrid Space Design for Heritage Revitalization: This project aims to transform PG Sragi, a cultural heritage area that has the potential to become a strategic transit point on the Trans-Java toll road, into a destination that not only respects its history but also offers rich experiences through technology. The approach used is Actor-Network Theory which positions technology and design both conventional and virtua as mediators between various actors involved in revitalization.
By integrating virtual technology in the heritage revitalization design, this project offers an integrated and innovative approach in utilizing the rich history and culture of the PG Sragi area. This "hybrid space" design model has the potential to be an inspiring example in efforts to preserve cultural heritage while supporting local economic development through the promotion of local food and products.

Sayembara Arsitektural Jotun Land 2024 meruoakan
Sayembara Konsep yang diadakan oleh PUPR untuk mencari ide terkait pemanasan global dan peningkatan penduduk di Indonesia. Lokasi tidak ditentukan secara sepsifik namun ketentuan terkait luas bangunan maks. 6000 sqm dengan KDB 40% merupakan ketentuan umum sayembara ini. Desain ini menjadi 50 karya terbaik se Indonesia .

Lokasi tapak berada di kelurahan Bumi ayu, Kec. Dumai selatan, Kota Dumai, Provinsi Riau Dengan Kepadatan penduduk jiwa/km (BPS, 2022). Laju pertumbuhan penduduk kota dumai yaitu 2,17% dengan jumlah angkatan produktif (usia 15-64 tahun) sebesar 67,39% (BPS 2022).
Solusi yang ditawarkan pada desain ini, yaitu menggunakan Sandwich panel modular bambu plester pre- fabrikasi sebagai selubung bangunan. Dimana dengan teknologi ini dapat menguragi panas permukaan. Selain itu konstruksi bambu plester lebih murah dan mmenggunakan material organik komposit sehingga lebih ramah lingkungan.
