Federal Grand Jury Charges Man with Planning Long Beach Terror Attack A federal grand jury has indicted a San Fernando Valley man for his role in planning to bomb a rally in Long Beach last month for the purpose of causing mass casualties. Mark Steven Domingo, 26, of Reseda, a former U.S. Army infantryman who was deployed to Afghanistan, was previously arrested on a criminal complaint in this case. The indictment returned today formally charges him with providing material support to terrorists and attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction. If convicted,
he would face statutory maximum sentence of life in federal prison. Domingo, who has been in federal custody since his arrest last month, is scheduled to be arraigned on the indictment on May 31 in United States District Court. According to the affidavit filed with the criminal complaint, Domingo, in online posts and in conversations with an FBI source, expressed support for violent jihad, a desire to

ORANGE COUNTY DANCE INSTRUCTOR CHARGED WITH CHILD MOLESTATION An Orange County dance instructor who specializes in preparing teenagers for quinceaneras has been charged with one felony count of child molestation for sexually abusing one of his 14-year-old students. Investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying any other potential victims. Jesus Alamilla Caballero,
46, Santa Ana was arrested on May 17, 2019 by Orange Police Department. Caballero is charged with one felony count of lewd and lascivious acts upon a child age 14 or 15. Caballero is currently being held at the Orange County Jail on $1 million

SAN BERNARDINO HUMAN TRAFFICKING TASK FORCE CONDUCTS OPERATION DURING MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

n Thursday, May 30, 2019, about 2:40 AM, officers from the Eastvale Police Department responded to a report of a traffic collision between a vehicle and a pedestrian on 68th Street cross of Tarah Street, in Eastvale. Upon arrival, officers located a male juvenile with major injuries. Despite life-

saving efforts by American Medical Response personnel, the pedestrian, a 15-year old Eastvale resident, succumbed to his injuries. The driver of the vehicle fled eastbound on 68th Street without stopping and offering assistance to the pedestrian. Witness statements described vehicle as a dark colored 4-door sedan.
The Jurupa Valley Station’s Traffic Reconstruction Team is conducting a full investigation to determine the cause of the collision. The victim will remain unidentified at this time pending Coroner notification to the next of kin. Anyone with additional information is encouraged to call Deputy Lonthair at

During the Memorial Day holiday weekend, the San Bernardino County Human Trafficking Task Force conducted an in-call hotel "John" operation. The operation is part of an ongoing effort through heavy presence and enforcement, to suppress Human Trafficking/Prostitution throughout the communities of San Bernardino County, by targeting purchasers "Johns." During the operation, undercover officers were
deployed at a local hotel to pose as prostitutes through online advertisements. On-line advertisements are often used as a means for the commercialized trafficking of underaged victims in the sex trade. During the operation, the officers were contacted and solicited for acts of prostitution by multiple male suspects. Upon the suspect's
