he City of Alhambra has partnered with National Fitness Campaign (NFC), inventors of the Fitness Court®, to install and activate a state-of-the-art outdoor gym facility for all ages and abilities at Alhambra Park. Alhambra has made the health and wellness of their citizens a priority, and now they are making fitness free — for everyone in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area! "When our Parks and Recreation Department surveyed park patrons on what improvements they wanted to see, a fitness course like this was near the top of almost every list,” said Mayor Jeff Maloney. The new Fitness Court® is an outdoor bodyweight circuit training facility designed to transform public spaces into community wellness hubs. This system includes a free Fitness

Court App that residents can use to track their progress, learn new routines and compete in fitness challenges. Chris Paulson, Director of Parks and Recreation, said, “Our department is extremely excited to bring an innovative new Fitness Court from NFC to the Alhambra community.
