Long Beach Boot Camp Offers a Fresh Alternative To Your Traditional Gym
R
esidents of Long Beach and surrounding communities now have a refreshing alternative to the traditional gym experience available through Long Beach Boot Camp. The health and fitness program, offered by Certified Personal Trainer Karolina Soltani and her team of wellness professionals allows participants the chance to break free from the traditional brick-and-mortar gym model and take advantage of our gorgeous local climate while engaging in a fun and beneficial workout program that is custom tailored to their individual needs by a certified personal trainer who will coach, train, and monitor them to effectively meet their fitness goals. Rather than the archaic “no pain no gain” format which has for long done more harm than good to those looking to make a positive change to their bodies and minds, Long Beach Boot Camp (“LBBC”) instead focuses on fun, encouraging, and team oriented small group training sessions full of activities that are designed to enjoy the outdoors while engaging in effective exercises that turn working out into a joyful experience.
Small Group Training For Everyone While the name “Boot Camp” can initially sound a bit intimidating due to the connotations of loud drill instructors, the LBBC experience is, in fact, a fun and gratifying series of team exercises designed to accommodate participants of all fitness levels and experience. Newcomers will find themselves welcomed and inspired by an initial wellness assessment by Karolina that is designed to pinpoint their individual goals and expectations of the program and then will have the ability to choose from a variety of small group training sessions available 6 days a week at 3 different locations (Marine Stadium, Bixby Knolls in Long Beach and Rossmoor Park in Rossmoor.) New Summer Additions In order to keep training sessions fresh and innovative, and help keep the community safe, new summer additions include self-defense classes for women, no-contact cardio kickboxing (gloves provided), and meditation sessions. About Long Beach Boot Camp Long Beach Boot Camp was founded in 2005 and is now under the new ownership of Karolina Soltani who
