SANTA FE DEPOT REHABILITATION BEGINS NEXT MONTH BY SUSAN MOTANDER Daylight Limited, LLC, the entity developers that are restoring Monrovia’s Historic Santa Fe Depot have submitted their building plans to the city for review. This is
a major step in the actual work of starting on the restoration. The depot is the central feature of Monrovia’s Station Square, and, at the moment, is still in dismal condition. Neglected for many
years after its transfer from Santa Fe to Metro, the building was home of vagrants and a target for thieves and vandals. The city hopes that with its restoration, it will attract a restaurant or café that will once
