cal Beasts: The Magical World of Carousel Animals.” From June 1 through August 28, visitors of all ages will be able to see - and touch - menagerie carvings from Europe, England, the United States (including contemporary master carvers from

Free Copies of Pasadena Survival Guide

Free copies of the City’s Survival Guide Handbook will be available from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, June 9, during a special celebration by Pasadena’s Commission on the Status of Women. The event will celebrate the release of the 14th edition of the popular handbook.

The program will be held at Pasadena City Hall, 100 N. Garfield Ave., in the courtyard and rotunda areas. It is free and open to the public. Pasadena’s Commission on the Status of WomSEE PAGE 17
