Council approved an Environmental Impact Report (EIR), license agreement, and an amendment to an ordinance that will bring a major arts and music festival to Pasadena. The festival will occur at the Rose Bowl and Brookside Golf Course over a period of three days (Friday through Sunday), most likely in June, according to the staff report. There will be a maximum capacity of 93,000 (3,400 employees included in the count), but during the first year the event will be limited to two dayvs, with a cap of 75,000 attendees. The festival will occupy the stadium, golf course, and Area H, the large field directly outside the stadium’s main entrance. There will be a total of four stages playing amplified music (main stage located inside the stadium, the other three on the golf course), food, beverage, and merchandise vendors
