A 44-year-old man is facing extradition from Hong Kong to face murder charges for killing two nephews in Arcadia, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced Thursday afternoon, Jan. 28. Deputy District Attorney Carolina Lugo said Deyun Shi aka Jeff Shi of San Gabriel faces two counts
of murder with an allegation that the defendant used a deadly and dangerous weapon, a bolt cutter, in the commission of the crimes. The felony complaint for extradition arrest warrant filed Jan. 28 also charges Shi with one count of injuring a spouse with an allegation of personally inflicting great bodily injury
