Sierra Madre Rose Float Association’s independent entry recognized for colorful floral presentation Wins Isabella Coleman trophy

The association’s 2013 float entry, “The Sky’s the Limit,” won the Isabella Coleman Trophy for best presentation of color and color harmony through floral use. The Rose Parade award is Sierra Madre’s 6th one in the last seven years. Approximately 200 plus people attended a rally outside All Saints Church on Sunday afternoon, in a unifying effort to bring peace to a community that has been torn apart by gun violence in the past year.
