The seven members of the 2013 Tournament of Roses Royal Court were announced Monday morning at the Tournament House from a group of 33 finalists. As ambassadors of the Tournament of Roses, the Royal Court members will attend more than 150 community functions leading up to the 124th Rose Parade® pre-

A second small business has become the object of a lawsuit regarding its accessibility to the handicapped. This time, the targeted business is Peacock Donuts on Duarte Road in Arcadia.
