Beach Street Repertory Theatre Presents Meredith Willson's Miracle on 34th Street The Musical

Welcome!

I am honored to introduce Beach Street Repertory Theatre (BSRT) and wish you joy and peace this holiday season. Gathering for this production, we are hoping for ourown miracle on Beach Street as our professional theatre looks for a home in Downtown Daytona Beach. We believe art transforms those that participate and the community that provides a stage for the magic of live theatre. As Fred tells Doris in the 1947 film, “Don’t overlook those lovely intangibles.” The pandemic’s frustrating delay has allowed us the opportunity to get to know our community better, and we look forward to grounding our theatre here to engage, develop, learn, and grow as active community members. As part of that growth, we are planning our inaugural season and looking for interested community members for our BSRT boards. I encourage you to check out our website, www.beachstreetrep.org, and get in touch via the contact page. I hope this is just the beginning and soon we will be able to say, “Home again; home again. LEADERSHIP

Not only is two always better than one, three is the magic number! Amanda has roots in Asheville, Tyler is from St. Louis, and Anthony is from the Poconos. They met in New York City while Tyler and Amanda were producing commercial theatre Off-Broadway, and Anthony was performing in the National Tour of "Seussical". Together they spent three summers in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains saving a theatre that was already close to their hearts, Southern Appalachian Repertory Theatre. In just three seasons, they revived the organization that was nearly closed by paying off over $90,000 in debt through restructuring the organization, fundraising, marketing, and growing programming to six, full productions. Now they all call Daytona Beach home and are excited to be a part of the revitalization and growth of historic Beach Street, by producing high-quality professional live theatre for the entire community.
