As a result of demand from key clients and our 3 year business plan, we have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and ambitious recruiter to join our growing team in Bristol.

We are seeking a motivated candidate with ideally at least 6-12 months+ 360 recruitment experience for the Consultant role and ideally 18 months+ for the Senior Consultant role to help drive forward our growth plans and be an integral part of the team.

Property is an attractive area for recruitment with typical average salaries of between £30k to £70k and considerably more for Property Director level. It a very rewarding sector where you can take great satisfaction in being part of a supportive community that balance the needs of communities, businesses and the environment.

Surveyors and property professionals are involved in the management, valuation, buying, selling and development of land and commercial property, usually degree, or professional qualified by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Town planners, or planners are involved in the management and development of cities, towns, villages and the countryside.
