Policy 1.2.1 Use Vision Building Blocks as a general guide for desired development patterns. STAFF ANALYSIS: Land Use Compatibility: The applicant has provisions in the Planned Development District conditions that pertain to the treatment of the building’s elevation. These provisions require certain building materials and architectural features for a mini-warehouse development. It should be noted that staff objects to the urban form setback adjacent to the multifamily uses to the north and to the west. The urban form setbacks protects existing property owners from structures Staff’s recommendation is for denial of a Planned Development District for nonresidential uses.
