INFORMATION FOR

Employers

What are

?

T Levels are vital to the Government’s ambitious programme to provide the technical expertise for the jobs of the future. They’re exciting new courses developed specifically with employers to ensure students learn relevant and current practices from the industry sector that interests them the most. Equivalent to three A Levels, they are technical-based qualifications that prepare students for work or higher education. They include an extensive industry placement of 315 hours, which is equivalent to nine weeks or 45 days over the two years (For the Early Years specialism, in this T Level, the industry placement is a minimum of 750 hours), guaranteeing students benefit from a solid introduction to the workplace. At Burnley College, we’re constantly investing in new infrastructure and equipment to ensure learners receive a cutting-edge curriculum.
