This program is offered for students who wish or need to obtain a Human Resource Management Diploma of Technology by completing courses on a part-time studies basis. It enables you to pursue lifelong learning while maintaining daytime employment or other activities, by attending evening or weekend classes or studying as an online learner.

This fourcourse program ladders into all of our HR Management part-time study options and covers the fundamental human resource skills required to be successful in this field.

The CHRP designation is earned through a national examination-based process. Important: Individuals must now have a university degree to apply for the CHRP designation. Students who hold any one of our Associate Certificates may use those credits towards this credential.

SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS LEADERSHIP –ADVANCED SPECIALTY CERTIFICATE bcit.ca/sbl Mark_Giltrow@bcit.ca The Advanced Specialty Certificate in Sustainable Business Leadership is offered as a joint credential from the School of Business and the School of Construction and the Environment. The aim of the program is to develop sustainable business leaders who can promote sustainable business approaches and initiatives within organizations (intrapreneurs) and in new business start-ups (entrepreneurs). The Sustainable Business Leadership program is a pathway into the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program. With the growth of this field comes a host of interesting new opportunities including careers in sustainable entrepreneurship, cleantech venture capital, greening global-supply chains, sustainable product marketing, microfinance, green real-estate development, and renewable energy.
