Thanksgiving Day Game at Fenway Park • November 21, at Fenway Park, Boston, MA For more than five decades, BC High has played Catholic Memorial in the annual Thanksgiving Day football game for the coveted Pumpkin Trophy. This year, the Eagles traveled to America’s most beloved ball park to play the Knights at Fenway Park. Nearly 350 alumni, parents, and friends gathered in Dell EMC Club to cheer on the Eagles to a 32-16 victory over their cross-town rivals.

Christmas Concerts • December 10, 2017 at BC High Friends and family were delighted and entertained on December 10 with performances by the Concert Choir, Chamber Choir, Jazz Big Band, Chamber Orchestra, and special guests from Fontbonne Academy’s Select Chorus and Jazz Chorus. The audience was treated to many holiday favorites as the sounds of the season filled Hunter-Fahey Commons during the annual Christmas concert.

N. BC High Concert Band performed “In the Bleak Midwinter” and “Sleigh Ride” O. The Fontbonne Academy Jazz and Select choirs performed together with the BC High Chamber, Concert choir, and the Arrupe Youth Chorale, singing “Hallelujah”, under the direction of Mrs. Carol Fortier and Dr. Marina Rozenberg. They were accompanied by Dr. Yoojin Lee on piano and Tomas Summer ‘18 on guitar.

P. The BC High Concert Choir sang “Ave Maria,” “The Prayer” and “Roll, Jordan, Roll”, under the direction of Dr. Marina Rozenberg. Q. Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Dr. Matthew Finnegan played several medleys, “In A Christmas Mood” “Journey of the Magi.” They also played “Trepak” the Russian dance from The Nutcracker.
