Sessions that are shorter in length may have the same requirements/expectations as a full term course.
Fast Track courses run for 5 weeks and are available mostly online. Courses may have the same requirements/expectations as a full term course, but condensed to 5-weeks.
Note: To qualify for financial aid for the spring semester, students must be enrolled for 10 consecutive weeks or more.

Advising
Visit bc3.edu/myBC3 and login to your myBC3 account. Select Start Student Planning on the Student Planning card to view your academic progress and make a plan for next semester.
Once in Student Planning, you can find your academic advisor under the Advising tab. Email your advisor to schedule a time and method to connect. Need additional help? Visit bc3.edu/advising
Registration
Registration for current students begins on the following dates:
Winter 2024-25 & Spring 2025 Monday, October 28 Summer 2025 Monday, January 27
Login to myBC3 at bc3.edu/myBC3 to view the schedule and register for classes. Register as soon as you can to get the classes you want!
Winter Session courses are listed under the spring semester. Courses are marked with a “W” in the section name.
Note: If you decide not to attend after you’ve registered, please drop your classes as soon as possible to avoid potential charges and to free seats for other students. BC3 reserves the right to cancel classes if enrollment does not meet appropriate levels and change the schedule as necessary.
Winter, Spring & Summer 2025
Course Formats
In-Person
Instruction is delivered in-person at a specific BC3 location on scheduled days and times.
Online
Instruction is delivered only online and is accessible at any time.
Hybrid
Instruction is delivered online and includes at least four in-person or ITV live-remote classes on scheduled days and times.
ITV Live-Remote
Instruction is delivered through video- and/or web-conferencing technology on scheduled days and times.
ITV Classroom
Instruction is delivered simultaneously to separate BC3 locations through video- and/or webconferencing technology on scheduled days and times.
Note: BC3 offers multiple instructional formats to allow students as much choice as possible. BC3 has attempted to provide variety, however not all courses are available in all formats.

+ myBC3 Technology Orientation
The myBC3 Technology Orientation is required for all students enrolled in online, hybrid or ITV liveremote courses and is highly recommended for those taking in-person and ITV classroom courses. This self-paced, online orientation introduces you to the technology used to deliver instruction online and to support resources.
After enrolling in a credit course, you will see the myBC3 Technology Orientation appear in the “My Courses” area in Blackboard. Please be sure to complete the orientation before the first day of class.
Virtual Programs +
Students enrolled in Virtual Programs should register for course sections marked B60 or course sections marked with in the credit schedule on myBC3

Visit bc3.edu/myBC3 and login to your myBC3 account to complete one or more of the following before the payment deadline:

• Pay tuition and fees in full. In your myBC3 account, select Make Payment on the Tuition, Fees & Payment card.
• Secure financial aid to cover tuition and fees in full. In your myBC3 account, select View My Financial Aid Info on the Financial Aid card to view your status and awards or access applications such as the FAFSA.
• Enroll in the EZ-Pay Payment Plan. In your myBC3 account, select EZ-Pay Payment Plan on the Tuition, Fees & Payment card to enroll.
Financial Aid
Complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), which allows you to apply for federal and state grants, and start the process for federal loans. Check out bc3.edu/financial-aid for more information.
If you plan to enroll in spring 2025 or summer 2025, file the 2024-2025 FAFSA using 2022 tax information. The recommended filing date is November 15

EZ-Pay Payment Plan
BC3 EZ-Pay Payment Plan gives students convenient and manageable payment options. Students must be registered for classes to enroll in a plan. Payment plan enrollment requires a checking account or credit card and must be done online. Payments are automatically deducted from checking or credit card. Spring 2025
Early Bird Plan
Enroll starting November 1 through December 22 and there is no fee.
Payment Deadlines:
• Payment 1: 30% of balance deducted February 3
• Payment 2: 35% of balance deducted on March 3
• Payment 3: 35% of balance deducted on April 3
Standard Plan
Enroll starting December 23. There is a $25 fee due at the time of enrollment.
Payment Deadlines:
• Payment 1: 50% of balance deducted on March 3
• Payment 2: 50% of balance deducted on April 3
No payment plans offered after January 30.
Summer 2025
Standard Plan
Enroll starting January 27. There is a $25 fee at the time of enrollment.
Payment Deadlines:
• Payment 1: 50% of balance deducted on June 3
• Payment 2: 50% of balance deducted on July 1
No payment plans offered after May 8.
EZ-Refund Program
BC3’s EZ-Refund Program offers a way to receive tuition and/or financial aid refunds by direct deposit into your checking or savings account – or the credit or debit card you used for payment. Program enrollment requires a banking account and must be done online. You can even set up email and/or text alerts to receive notifications that money has been deposited in your account!

Textbooks & Book Allowance
You can purchase or rent your textbooks at the BC3 Bookstore on main campus during business hours or online at bookstore.bc3.edu

Financial Aid Recipients: A negative balance on your bill indicates you have a pending refund! The BC3 Book Allowance Program allows you to spend this pending refund on your textbooks between January 6 and February 7 for the spring semester. What you spend will be deducted from your refund before disbursement starting the week of February 17. Book Allowance is not available for Winter Session or Summer Session.
