Founded in 2009, Plano, Texas-based Baymark Partners is a growth-oriented private equity firm investing in recapitalizations and acquisitions of well-managed, entrepreneurial, middle-market service businesses. cash flow generation with established revenue models They must operate in an industry experiencing 10% or greater growth and have a unique product or business model replicable in other geographies or markets Companies should also receive recurring revenue from their existing customer base. Additionally, their headquarters must be based in the United States.
