Q. Now that you have reached your senior year. Can you reflect on yourself and the growth you have seen within you that has emerged since the start of your pre-health journey? A. Reflecting back, the biggest thing that I can say in relation to my personal growth and my growth as a pre-health student was just understanding the power of perseverance early on. The pre-health program at Baylor is notoriously difficult and potentially weeding out students so you see a lot of kids dropping your freshman and sophomore year and you begin to question yourself and your own capabilities. However, as I got through each year, I realized importance of perseverance and the fact of just getting connected with upperclassmen and getting involved with organizations that will encourage you and speak life into you, but also doing your part as a student to make sure that you are not one of the people that drops out and that you continue to MOSAIC 68
