







The resort is located just half a mile from 7 miles of pristine sandy beach. We offer 2 complimentary beach trolleys. They run daily during the summer season, on the hour to Pine Point Beach and Old Orchard Beach with its historic pier.
The Seaside Square Complex features 2 of our 4 heated pools, 4 of our 6 hot tubs, and one of two poolside restaurants. Come sit in the sun, watch the kids play in the pools, and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Built in 2014, our Little River Complex is located near Ashley Pond. Come relax in the adult only area, which includes a pool, 2 hot tubs and a bar & grille! The facility also has bright sunny restrooms, a state of the art laundry facility and offers a view of the Old Orchard Beach fireworks every Thursday evening! (Weather dependent)

We host family oriented professional entertainment in our spacious Seaside Square Entertainment Complex. Located alongside the Seaside Café, you can enjoy a night filled with great food and entertainment. Also, enjoy poolside entertainment at our adult only Little River Complex during happy hour. Our nights are jam-packed with great harmonies from our camper’s favorite local band, New Coos, Maine favorite Don Campbell Band, and New England’s funniest hypnotist Steve Wronker. Other favorites include illusionists, jugglers, Musingo (music-themed BINGO) and DJ dance parties. Advanced reservations are suggested for summer season & holidays. Reservations of 1-4 nights must be paid in full, reservations of 5-13 nights is a deposit of $250, reservations of 14 or more nights is a $250 deposit per week reserved; all paid within one week of making the reservation. Payment in full is required for all specials & discounts when reserving. Reservations during the summer season, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day & Columbus Day have a minimum night requirement. Bayley South sites require a unit of 26’ or larger. A $35 fee will be assessed for a check returned due to insufficient funds. Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets. maximum of 3 pets per site, 2 per rental. Pets must be on leash at all times; and only adults may walk dogs in the resort. Your pet may not be left unattended at any time. Pets are prohibited on the beach trolley, playgrounds, restaurants, stores, pool areas, ponds or activity area. Pets are not allowed on public beaches between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM, from May 15 to Labor Day .Bring proper equipment to clean up after it. We also offer pet waste stations including bags and disposal throughout the resort. Do not allow your pet to cause noise that may disturb other campers. We offer a dog park to let your dog off it’s leash.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation for rentals of 5 nights or more. Any rental of 4 nights or less must be paid in full. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. No refunds will be given for cancelled reservations on any rentals. All rates subject to change. Check-in time is 3 pm or after for any rental. For early arrivals, please inquire with the Main Office for availability before arriving. At time of check-in, a security deposit of $150 will be due for Trailers, $250 for Cabins. You may pay your deposit by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Cash. Bayley’s is pleased to offer a limited number of Golf Cart Rentals to our campers. Getting around and enjoying the resort has never been easier. These gas powered carts feature front and rear seats, headlights and a roof.
Carts must be operated by adults age 21 and over who show proof of a valid driver’s license. Reservations in advanced are encouraged & full payment is required at time of reservation.
A security deposit of $200 is required when picking up Golf Cart.

For the past eleven seasons, we have partnered with Clynk’s Community Cash Program to benefit the Shriner’s Children’s Hospital. When you arrive you can pick up a green Clynk bag at the office and during your stay fill it with returnable cans and bottles. Once it’s full or you’re checking out, drop off the bag(s) at the designated location by the Main Store. The bags will be collected and counted by Clynk and the money will be donated to the hospital. In the past nine seasons our campers have raised over $33,000! Please pick up your Clynk bag at the Main Office and contribute to a great cause!
We are known by many as “Maine’s Finest by the Ocean” and we make it top priority to help you enjoy it. Daily parking fees at the beach can take a bite out of your vacation budget, however that’s not a concern for our guests. We offer free trolley service hourly to Pine Point and Old Orchard Beaches during the summer season.

The Eastern Trail is part of the Eastern Coast Greenway Bicycle Trail that extends from Maine to Florida. One of the most scenic coastal sections of the Eastern Trail connects Pine Point Road (Rt. 9) with Black Point Road (Rt. 207). You’ll find a convenient parking lot 1/4 mile east of Maine Audubon’s Scarborough Marsh nature center on Pine Point Road. The trail heads north crossing the Scarborough Marsh with its wildlife and views of Maine’s largest saltwater marsh. The 12-foot-wide trail in this 2.5 mile segment features a hard packed gravel surface that is level, great for walking, jogging or biking.

1000 Shore Rd, Cape Elizabeth, ME
Fort Williams Park stood with guns protecting Portland Harbour until it was officially closed in 1963. Located off Route 77 (Shore Road), the fort was taken over by the town of Cape Elizabeth which maintains the property for all to enjoy free of charge (fee for parking). The park is the location of the most picturesque light house on the East coast. This lighthouse was commissioned in 1790 by George Washington himself. If you are arriving on any Friday, Saturday or Sunday from June 21 to August 30, you will qualify for Priority Check-In.
