If you are concerned about the immediate safety of a child or young person, you should contact the Referral and Assessment Team Duty Officer: 01225 396313 / 4, or for out of hours support the Emergency Duty Team: 01454 615165 Where a young person is entitled to an early help assessment (Common Assessment Framework or CAF) which should be completed with the support of a member of the children’s workforce (e.g. teacher, school nurse, youth worker etc.).
