FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT- CIVIL ACTION Plaintiffs Rachel Ramsbottom, Alexis Bowling, Jenna Houston, and Jane Doe #1, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby states as follows in support of their Complaint against Defendants Lorin Ashton a/k/a Bassnectar (“Bassnectar”), Amorphous Music, Inc. (“Amorphous”), Bassnectar Touring, Inc. (“Bassnectar Touring”), Redlight Management, Inc. (“Redlight”), C3 Presents, L.L.C (“C3”) Interactive Giving Fund (“Interactive”), Gnarlos Industries, LLC, (“Gnarlos Industries”), Carlos Donohue, ABC Corporations One Through Ten (said names being fictitious), and John Does One Through Ten (said names being fictitious), herein collectively referred to as “Defendants.” INTRODUCTION
