L’interfaccia grafica e la facilità d’uso sono state notevolmente migliorate grazie ad un touch screen a colori di grandi dimensioni (15 ‘’).

È possibile gestire in modo semplice le seguenti funzioni: • Velocità di avanzamento del nastro e sincronizzazione delle rulliere e carrelli integrati nella linea; • Velocità di traslazione trave o, in alternativa, numero di battute al minuto. • Programmazione dei parametri di correzione delle salite e discese delle teste • Controllo continuo del livello di consumo abrasivo per singola testa al fine della sua ottimizzazione, con messaggi di preallarme all’operatore e allarme fine abrasivo. • Sistema di gestione della lastra: E’ presente uno strumento grafico dedicato per la rimozione di angoli rotti mediante un semplice drag and drop sul profilo della lastra stessa visualizzato sull’interfaccia. • Conservazione in memoria: E’ possibile conservare in memoria e richiamare all’occorrenza i programmi di lavoro più adatti, in relazione al tipo di materiale in lucidatura, in termini di numero di battute, velocità di avanzamento, pressione di ogni singola testa. I parametri sensibili della macchina sono accessibili anche se collocati in aree protette tramite password per impedire modifiche accidentali ed indesiderate.
You can easily manage the following functions: • Belt speed and synchronization of roller conveyors and trolleys in the line; • Beam translation speed or, alternatively, the number of stokes per minute. • Setting of the correction parameters of head ascent and descent. • Constant control of the abrasive consumption level per head for its optimization, with messages of warning and end abrasive alarm. • Managing system of the slab: a graphical tool dedicated to the removal of broken corners using a simple drag and drop on the profile of the slab is displayed on the interface. • Storage in memory: it is possible to store in memory and recall if necessary the most suitable work programs, in relation to the type of material to be polished, in terms of number of strokes, forward speed, pressure of each single head. The parameters of the machine are accessible even if placed in password-protected areas to prevent accidental or unwanted changes.
