It is a pleasure to share this year’s Social Work Compass Magazine with you. While 2020 has been a year filled with challenges, we at Barry University’s School of Social Work have chosen to view obstacles as opportunities for growth.
The goal of this magazine is to highlight the wonderful work of our students, faculty, staff, and alumni, while focusing on building meaningful connections centered around unity and community. As you navigate through the magazine, you will see that the core values, ethics, and commitments of the social work profession and the Barry University mission are embedded into the theme.
