Together we can stay stronger Following the temporary closure of our sites and offices, we will continue to communicate with colleagues on a weekly basis (by your personal email if you're not at work or by your Barratt email if you are at work). We'll share business updates along with tips on how to look after your Health & Wellbeing and enhance your Learning & Development opportunities during this period.
Updating your personal information To ensure you get the most from our guidance please check that your personal email is up to date on MyHR. This is simple and easy to do: Log in to MyHR via the following link: https://myhr.barrattplc.co.uk To login, you’ll need to enter three items of information: 1. Your Username (this is your employee number, which can be found on one of your old payslips); 2. Your Password; 3. Three randomly requested characters from your Memorable Password. For example, if you're asked to enter your first, second and third characters and your Memorable Password is Brickwork4, you would choose B (not b); r (not R); and i (not I or 1). Once you’re logged in, you need to select the option ‘More links from self service’’ and go to ‘view my contact details’. From here, you should then enter your personal email address in the personal email address field. If you’re having trouble logging in or need to reset your password, you can call the IT Service Desk on 01530 518080, Mon-Fri 8am-5.30pm. They will need your employee number to verify your account, however if you cannot find your employee number, the IT Service Desk will ask for additional information.
