RIZ AU POULET ESPAGNOL SPANISH CHICKEN RICE

PRÉPARATION / PREPARATION Chauffer l’huile d’olive à feu moyen dans une grande casserole.

Faire revenir l’ail et l’oignon.

Ajouter les morceaux de poulet, le sel, le poivre, le paprika et le persil. Cuire pendant 10 à 15 minutes, en retournant le poulet.

Heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add garlic, onions and sauté until it becomes crisp and golden. Add the cooked chicken pieces, salt, pepper, paprika and parsley. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning the chicken.

Ajouter les feuilles de laurier et le bouillon de poulet. Ajouter 1 bouteille bière blonde.

Add the bay leaves, chicken Broth and a bottle of St-Ambroise pale ale beer.

Cuire votre riz séparément avec de l’huile d’olive, les oignons et l’ail. Lorsque le tout bout à nouveau, ajouter le riz et le safran.

Réduire le feu et couvrir.

Cook the rice separately with olive oil, onions and garlic. When the chicken and broth mixture returns to a boil, add the rice and saffron.

Lower the heat and cover. Cook for 40 minutes and stir every 10 minutes to prevent the mixture from sticking. Add the hot peppers during the last 10 minute of cooking.

Add the peas at the end and remove the bay leaves. Adjust seasonings to taste if necessary.

Couper le Gouda en dés.

Peel the potatoes and cut into 1/4 inch slices. Cut the Gouda into cubes. Cook the onions and bacon with the butter in a skillet.

Butter a baking dish and place a layer of potatoes on the bottom. Add a bottle of Griffon extra pale. Add some of onions, bacon and Cheese, and sprinkle with a little nutmeg and salt/ pepper.

PRÉPARATION / PREPARATION Mélanger tous les ingrédients dans un bol à mélanger et noyer la bavette. Couvrir d’une pellicule plastique et réfrigérer pendant au moins 1 heure. (Pour de meilleurs résultats: 4 heures) Griller la bavette pendant 10 minutes environ de chaque côté (le temps varie en fonction de l’épaisseur du morceau et la température de votre grill).

PRÉPARATION / PREPARATION Couper tous les légumes et dans une grande casserole, faire revenir doucement l’oignon haché avec l’huile d’olive. Ajouter l’ail, le thym, le romarin, le sel et le poivre. Ajouter le reste des légumes et bien mélanger en ajoutant le bouillon de légumes.

Baisser le feu et couvrir la casserole. Cuire pendant 30 minutes.

Ajouter la bière et des pâtes ou du riz. Prévoyer 20 minutes jusqu’à ce que le riz soit tendre.

Chop all the veggies. In a large pot gently sauté the chopped onion with olive oil. Add the garlic, thyme and rosemary and salt and pepper. Add the rest of the vegetables and mix well and add the vegetable broth.

Lower the heat, covet and cook for 30 minutes. Add beer and pasta or rice. Cook for 20 minutes or until rice or pasta is tender.

In a small bowl, beat eggs. Add 1/2 cup Pumpkin Ale beer and the pumpkin rind, then PL[ ZHOO WR EOHQG $GG WKLV WR WKH Ă RXU PL[WXUH and mix with large fork until blended and a thick, biscuit-like dough forms. Place a sheet of non-stick foil on work surface. With wet hands, shape dough into golf ball size dumplings, about 1 1/2 tablespoons each. Place dumplings on foil. Allow to air-dry 30 minutes, turning once.

Meanwhile, bring 3 inches of cold water to a boil in a large pot and add the remaining 1 cup of Pumpkin Ale beer. Lower heat to simmer.

Add half of the dumplings and poach for 10 minutes, turning dumplings over once until theyâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;re puffed and cooked through. Boil egg noodles in salted water until theyâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;re al dente.

In a large skillet, heat oil over mediumlow heat over a base of canola oil.

Spread steak strips with garlic, salt and pepper. Sear meat. Transfer roasted meat to a plate. Reduce heat to medium. SautĂŠ onions until translucent and add a pinch of salt. Add the mushrooms with another pinch of salt until they become tender and are nicely browned. Evaporate the juice. Pour the beer and stir, and scrape the pan bottom to loosen browned bits. Add seared meat. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until the sauce is slightly reduced and the meat is cooked.

Stir in mustard and sour cream and serve over egg noodles.
