A packed final day

The final day of the Aortic Forum will be devoted to acute aortic dissection with a particular focus on how to tailor the surgical approach based on the clinical presentation and the anatomical lesions.

• learn more about the latest available technology to reduce mortality, reduce the rate of complications as well as reducing the impact of surgery.

• explore how much has changed in the surgery of descending aorta with the development of endovascular technology.

• Consider the best approaches for the treatment of acute and chronic aortic syndrome involving the descending aorta following a debate between vascular and cardiac surgeons.
