When do you bowl?
Saturdays. Where do you bowl?
Salisbury Bowland. Why do you enjoy bowling? It is my favourite sport as well as footy and basketball.
Why do you think other people should try bowling? To make friends and have fun, it is a great sport.
Lauren When do you bowl? Thursday nights. Where do you bowl?
Salisbury Bowland. Why do you enjoy bowling? It is lots of fun when you get strikes and spares to get a high score.
Why do you think other people should try bowling? It is a lot of fun and they will probably enjoy it.
James When do you bowl? Saturdays. Where do you bowl? Salisbury Bowland. Why do you enjoy bowling? I like winning trophies. Why do you think other people should try bowling? It is fun.
Joshua When do you bowl? Once a year but I’m going bowling on Thursday 4 July with my friends. Where do you bowl? I go to several locations depends on who goes with me and what is closest to everyone, or to where I live.
What do you like about bowling? It’s fun, and I get to hang out with friends. Why do you think other people should try bowling? Because they might get some new friends like I did.
Canberra was good but cold. I visited Parliament House, I got to see snow and went go karting. Went shopping & out for tea too. It was fun to hang with friends.
I came joint 15th overall out of 65 bowlers for B Grade all events. We played 3 matches and 9 nine games all together.
Bowling gives me a place to hang out with friends and family and to try and beat my scores. Have a go and see if you like it.
Lizzy
How long have you been bowling?
Over 10 years. My Dad taught me how to bowl and that is how I got into league bowling.
Where do you bowl?
I started at Golden Grove AMF but then moved to Salisbury Bowland playing in a Friday night league. When that league folded I moved to Elizabeth Bowland where I still play in the Wildcats league which is an inclusive league.
What do you like about it?
I like the friendships I make and the fun atmosphere where we get to have a laugh. It is something to look forward to.
Why should other people give it a go?
People should give it a go because they might surprise themselves. They might really like it and they can do it with friends and family.

Wonka movie review by James
What is Wonka about?
It is where the Charlie and Chocolate Factory story all begins. How Willie Wonka became the legendary candy man. It starts at the beginning, before the factory was built, he had a chocolate shop called Wonka’s Chocolate. Arthur Slugworth is a bad person who owns a shop across the road and doesn’t like Wonka. He tries to get Wonka to close his shop and leave town. One night Willie meets an Oompa Loompa, who says Willie Wonka owes him chocolate because he took cocoa beans from his island.
Why do you love it?
Because it shows the magic and believing in people no matter who they are and where they are from. Showing respect for each other.
Why should people watch the movie?
Watch Wonka and believe in the magic and have fun. It is like pure imagination and believe in yourself.
Tea reviews by Kylie
After a busy day, sit back and relax. Chamomile, Honey, and Vanilla provide a warm hug, a soft effect from the floral to smooth sweetness. It's a delightful cup of Zen.
Canberra Breakfast tea, how have I just discovered this?
It contains the same DNA as an oatmeal cookie.
I enjoy the coconut flavour, and it's incredible!
Matcha lovers must try Ito En Sweet Matcha Green Tea. A choice of biscuit on its side, try a butterscotch or melting moment. The quality has an earthy flavour, and the price itself is good.
French Earl Grey places high in teas I like to introduce to friends. A gentle aroma of black tea, petals, and bergamot. If I can paintbrush the flavour, I imagine a harp playing tunes and long tables of the finest cakes.

I like to paint because I’m sharing a connection to colours. I can enjoy working on a piece for hours. I’m inspired to allow what is on my mind and show on papers. Art is beautiful and interesting.

Daniella and Pina are the amazing Receptionists at the Barkuma Office in the city.
Pina and Daniella always give myself and other Barkuma clients and workers a friendly hello when we come into the Barkuma office. They take phone calls, pass messages on, give gifts and paperwork to Barkuma workers that have been left at the front desk. Barkuma would not run as smoothly as it does without Daniella and Pina.
Pina and Daniella agreed to tell me a little more about themselves.
Thank you so much Pina and Daniella for taking part in an interview with me. Thank you also to Bea for your assistance.

Glenelg is one of the most popular beach locations in Adelaide and I really enjoy visiting the area. There is a lot to see and do throughout the year, no matter what your budget. Please read on for some of my recommendations of things to do and see at Glenelg!
Moseley Square is a place at Glenelg where you can get several different types of food from different restaurants. At the Square there is also a tram stop which makes getting to Glenelg convenient. Sometimes there are events on and in the summer there is a big Ferris Wheel. The Square is easy to find as it is located at the very end of Jetty Road.
Partridge House is an amazing place where you can go for a walk with your dog or just have a Picnic. It can also be a great place for a wedding or other events. There is a lovely oval and playground, as well as lots of nice places to sit and relax. The inside of the house is also very beautiful. This house is located at 38 Partridge Street, Glenelg SA 5045. For more information about Partridge House you can visit partridge.com.au
The Glenelg Esplanade is a very nice area to go for a walk down by the beach and has an amazing view of the ocean. Sometimes it can be busy with young families and cyclists, especially if the weather is nice. Walking on the Esplanade is one of my favourite things to do at Glenelg.
Dymocks is a bookshop which also sells gifts and other things like calendars. However most of the books can be expensive. I sometimes visit Dymocks if I have time or if I am nearby. I love to collect books so I definitely enjoy browsing the shelves. It is located at 55 Jetty Road, Glenelg SA 5045. To find out more you can visit dymocks.com.au or you can search Dymocks Glenelg on Google.
The Broadway Kiosk is a cafe on the Esplanade at Glenelg.
You can sit and eat some food with an amazing view of the ocean. The Kiosk is often quite busy even when it is cold!
It is located at the corner of Broadway and South Esplanade Glenelg SA 5045.
Mockingbird Lounge
The Mockingbird Lounge is one of my favourite places to go to when I am at Glenelg due to the fact that it both a bookshop and a cafe at the same time. This cafe/book place is open from 10am until 4pm everyday of the week. This place is located at 68 Broadway, Glenelg South SA 5045. For more information about the Mockingbird Lounge you can visit mockingbirdlounge.com.au
As you can see Glenelg is a very fun place to visit, whether for a quick trip or a full day out! Hopefully my recommendations help you to plan your next visit.
Mamma Carmela’s is an Italian Restaurant which is one of my favourite food places at Glenelg. Mamma Carmela’s offers a wide range of Italian food including pasta, pizza, salads and they even do chicken schnitzel and fish + chips. It is a very nice place where you could go out for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. My favourite here to order is spaghetti carbonara. This restaurant is located at 4 Jetty Road, Glenelg SA 5040. To find out more you can go to mammacarmela.com.au
The Beach house is a place filled with fun and games and it is quite popular at Glenelg. There are water slides and great arcade games. The Beach House is popular with school kids, especially for birthday parties and excursions. It is located at 4 Colley Terrace, Glenelg SA 5045. To find out more information about the beach house you can visit the website which is thebeachhouse.com.au
