The preparation begins with a mould that has been polished to a mirror finish, then a layer of the industry’s most advanced ultra high UV resistant gelcoat made specifically to our own formula is applied. The Vinylester resin is then sprayed in weights with roving to ensure consistency and hand rolled to give you the smoothest, flattest finish possible. The pre-cut woven roving is added to the schedule and hand rolled, overlapping the keel 4 times to give you the maximum weight and strength where it really matters.
