In an industry first, updating firmware no longer involves lost settings that prevent scanners from communicating with its host - 123Scan2 preserves and automatically reloads pre-upgrade settings.

Scanner Management Service (SMS) Utility Remotely manage entire scanner fleets from any location and drive down scanner management costs. The robust complementary solution allows parameters to be remotely set, update firmware and access scanner asset information and statistics.
