Hand-selected botanicals are cut by perfectly forged knives with the highest degree of hardness. Delicately and gently, this separates the cell structure of the fine botanicals and releases the essential oils. This allows the contained aromas to fully unfold during the subsequent distillation.

An important factor in the production of SEARS is respect. Respect for the ingredients. Respect for the elaborate process. And respect for the finely honed palates of the connoisseurs. 37.5% ABV lends SEARS a flavourful depth and delicately teases out the fine aromas. Initially surprising with a soft floral nose featuring fresh bergamot, it subsequently unfolds into a pronounced juniper tone. The sweet entry on the palate develops into a charismatic finish of coriander and juniper.

4 cl SEARS Cutting Edge Gin, 2 cl Apricot Brandy, 1 ½ cl Cointreau, SCAVI & RAY Spumante, fresh grapefruit juice. Shake the juice of half a grapefruit, 4 cl SEARS Cutting Edge Gin, 2 cl Apricot Brandy, and 1 ½ cl Cointreau vigorously and top up with SCAVI & RAY Spumante.

ALONG COMES MARY

4 cl SEARS Cutting Edge Gin, 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 2 dashes chocolate bitters, tomatoes, Tahitian vanilla pods, rosemary, Thai chili, salt, and pepper, tarragon. Puree tomatoes and let them strain overnight through a sieve with a split Tahitian vanilla pod. Filter the clarified tomato juice. Add rosemary, Tahitian vanilla, Thai chili, salt, and pepper into a mixing glass and pour in the clarified tomato juice. Let it infuse for 10-15 minutes and strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Finally, add 4 cl SEARS Cutting Edge Gin, some tarragon, 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce, and 2 dashes of chocolate bitters.

4cl SEARS Cutting Edge Gin, GOLDBERG Tonic Water, one cucumber stick, ice cubes. Fill a pre-chilled long drink glass with ice cubes and add SEARS Cutting Edge Gin. Then top up with GOLDBERG TonicWater and garnish with a cucumber stick.
