SALE DAY JUNIOR INCENTIVE DRAWING
All juniors who receive a buyer’s number in their name on sale day will be eligible to be in the drawing for (2) $250 credits to this years sale. Credit must be used on October 5, 2014.
SETTLEMENT CONDITIONS
The terms of the sale are cash or good check, payable in US funds. Settlement is to be made sale day. The possession of the cattle will not pass until payment is made.
TERMS All cattle sell under the terms and conditions of the American Simmental Association. View these terms at www.simmental.org
BREEDING Up to date breeding and calving information will be available on sale day. All cattle sell guaranteed under the suggested sale terms and conditions of the American Simmental Association.
SEXED HEIFER SEMEN Sexed semen is not 100% accurate, therefore we the sellers can not guarantee gender of resulting calves.
HERD HEALTH All cattle will have interstate health papers required for shipping into other sections of the United States. All Breds confirmed sonogramed pregnant on August 25, 2014. The entire herd has gone through the Boehringer Ingelheim herd health program. Each animal will be at the purchaser’s risk.
REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES Registered cattle will be transferred to the buyer at the sellers expense. Each buyer must be sure to give the clerk the proper name and address for making transfers. Commercial cattle sell without registration papers.
EPDS Please note that EPDs may change from the time the sale catalog is printed until registration papers are transferred.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Announcements made on sale day or from the auction block during the sale take precedence over statements in the sale catalog. We reserve the right to withdraw any sale lots that do not meet out specifications prior to sale time. All Open heifers are halter broke.
