Welcome to this year’s Winnetka-Northfield Chamber of Commerce’s 2014 Community Guide. As the new chamber president, my 2014-2015 goal is to put the Commerce back into the Chamber of Commerce. To accomplish this we are constantly improving on all aspects of communication and media. We are committed to becoming the Chamber of the Future. This guide repre-sents an incredibly successful and useful tool in that goal. Why? Simplicity is the answer. Sometimes nothing is faster than the printed word for reference. No booting up, no accessing files, no typing. That being said, we are also im-proving our electronic face and our social media exposure, but I digress!
