LIFE Plaza, located directly across the street from the LIFE Church campus, was LIFE Church’s second property acquisition in the first 5 years of the ministry. Procuring this building would enable the ministry to better serve the Greenbriar community.
In 2015, the church placed a contract on the property, and closed in January of 2016. The Plaza will house business that will impact the economic development and growth of the area. The building has six suites, with more than 6000 square feet of commercial space, and 60 additional parking spaces.
In the summer of 2021, the Lord instructed Pastor Merritt to pay off the mortgage on the Plaza. He informed the congregation, and they immediately responded. During the 11th Church Anniversary Celebration, on Super Seed Sunday, LIFE Church raised over $105,000 to eradicate the debt. Yes, in the midst of a global pandemic, the church retired the debt on the LIFE Plaza in November of 2021.
It is because of the Lord’s faithfulness that we were able to accomplish this BIG victory, and we are most grateful.
But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. -John 4:23-24

Minister: Our help is in the Name of the Lord, who has made heaven and earth. Blessed be our God, who does all things well. Congregation: Blessed, now and forever. Minister: The good hand of the Lord is upon us, and He has prospered us by His grace, so that we have been enabled to finish the work of paying this mortgage. We therefore meet joyfully tonight to transform this bond of indebtedness into the incense of humble gratitude. Congregation: Thanks be to God. Minister: We give thanks for all who have faithfully prayed, given, and sacrificed, making this victory possible. Congregation: Bless your name, O Lord.
Minister: Father, We praise You for Your goodness to us. We celebrate and give thanks to You for a milestone reached, a debt paid, and a promise kept.
