Collaborator from the conceptual to the execution phase in projects of several sectors, including: luxury residential buildings, multifunctional complex, exhibition pavilion, hospital and rehabilitation of a school. Architectural project for the commercial zone of the Muda Reserve development in the Comporta region. Responsible for proposing the layout for the division of shops and support spaces, open market concept, and overall design adjustments for execution.

Urbanism and architectural project for a residential complex on the coast of Pernambuco. The scope of work included the residential lot layout plan in one of the project sectors, the design of a model house, beach club, beach kiosk, dry marina, and intervention in a chapel. Responsible for project organization and development, preparing client presentations, and task distribution within the team.

Luxury residential building in partnership with the international hospitality brand Fasano, nestled on a winding plot in a private street. The apartments range from 100 to 600m² and offer amenities such as sports courts on the rooftop, coworking spaces, a library, a banquet hall, and private parking. Responsible for the project and team from the final preliminary study phase to the execution project.
CONCEPT SACRE COEUR SCHOOL | REHABILITATION

Contributed to the second phase of a school rehabilitation project. Responsible for creating graphic materials for demolition/construction, layout, technical bases, details, and finishes schedule.

Architectural project for a complex spanning approximately 200,000m², comprising three residential buildings with pools and sports courts, an office building, a restaurant, and an internal plaza. Contributed to the basic project phase through the early stage of the execution project.
