F.A.I.T.H. Riders rally around the Gospel at Falls Creek

So, there I sat one day, basically minding my own business. My then boss, Dr. Hance Dilbeck, informed me that he was resigning his position as executive director– treasurer of Oklahoma Baptists. He then had the audacity to tell me that our convention’s constitution stated that I would be interim executive director. That revelation brought me to the verge of panic. You know, like the panic you feel when you simultaneously see a Highway Patrol Trooper and your speedometer shows 92 mph.

DAVIS—Sharing the Gospel takes creativity sometimes when sharing with children. At CrossTimbers Children’s Mission Adventure Camp, campers who finished grades third through sixth will hear the Gospel throughout their time on the campgrounds. Even though they may hear the Gospel often, it could take a unique presentation to finally hit home with some campers. That’s what Rick Cordova offered during Session 4 at CrossTimbers Davis.

DAVIS—Members of an Oklahoma motorcycle ministry are putting wheels to their faith by sharing their testimonies and the Gospel with campers at Falls Creek Baptist Conference Center throughout the summer. The F.A.I.T.H Riders arrive on their motorcycles each Friday at the youth encampment with the purpose of modeling to students how to share their testimony in three minutes and rewarding students who share their testimonies with a F.A.I.T.H Riders collector’s pin. /// SEE PAGE 7
