MIXED USE ZONE Under Clause 32.04-1 planning approval is required for the use of land as a residential hotel. Under Clause 32.04-8, a permit is required to construct a building or construct or carry out works. RESIDENTIAL GROWTH ZONE – SCHEDULE 1 No permit is required for the use of the land as a dwelling. Under Clause 32.07-4, a permit is required to construct a building or construct or carry out works. GENERAL RESIDENTIAL ZONE – SCHEDULE 1 Under clause 32.08-1, a permit is required for the use of the land as a child care centre. Under Clause 32.08-6, a permit is required to construct a building or construct or carry out works. Under Schedule 1, landscape plans are required to provide at least 1 large tree in the front setback.
